Missing Persons Report(s)

I received a communication from the ME regarding Tawni's case:

• A Missing Persons report was indeed filed for her at the Scottsdale Police Department. They indicated that they had jurisdiction over Tawni's case. I have already requested a copy of the report from LE, so let's not hammer them with requests lol.
• The ME is working on a timeline of events that she cannot share because it is now part of an active investigation, but she indicated to me that Scottsdale did not drop the ball regarding Tawni's case and that there is a great deal of information regarding her that was NOT released to the general public.
• The ME would like us to keep in mind in the future that making judgments and pronouncements regarding UID cases will most likely be based on limited information, so we might want to be more circumspect in the future.

Now, IMHO, she is likely unaware that we have the redacted police report from Pinal County etc...but she is correct that we did and do not have everything that we need to make solid judgments-she is going to check and see if the SA kit was ever processed.

thanks believe, I am glad she is communicating with you. Let's presume there was in fact a missing persons report. Why was it not published anywhere? I'm not saying this to dis' the ME or LE, and I think Suzi rocks... she's way above and beyond....

but something was amis here that Tawni was in a morgue for almost 10 years if there was a missing persons report. Wouldn't that be the first thing someone would check? It sounds as if many people in the family outside of Tawni's mother and possibly step father have a great deal of misinformation..... and I can't help but think some of it will be fabricated to cover any negligence on their end. (please forgive me for mentioning that and I mean no disrespect but I am hurt to read that Tawni didn't even have her own bedroom and slept on a sofa bed - message on one of the family's profiles.) jmho.
