I am pretty sure the labs were after-the police report would have the results of the labs, I think...and I think the labs were redacted. JMO

I think the lidocaine et al is obvious in terms of treatment, but you never know, right?

Any thing distinguishing about her teeth, like was she buck toothed?

Happy to hear you picked up the ME report. Did they include any pictures at all? I could use the picture of the tattoo to send to the tattoo artists I have been in contact with to see if anyone recognizes her. OMG 13-15 yoa so young for there not to be a missing persons report out on her. Okay, back to work checking out missing children.

Antiarrhythmic drugs are medicines that correct irregular heartbeats and slow down hearts that beat too fast.

Do we know if she was a possible organ donor?

I am curious how they handle organ donations with John/Jane Does. I read that about the lidocaine last night and had the passing thought about the underground kidney removal and sales. I think its a stretch though. I suspect the lidocaine was administered in the hospital or in route to the hospital for the breathing tube. Not sure though.

I don't think they'd even think about organ donation with an UID - simply b/c there is no family consent.

If her injuries were enough to cause her to die, I'm sure she had some kind of arrythmia near the end, and received these meds as she was being coded (sorry to be so graphic - I feel kind of bad but I guess it's okay as we are discussing ME report).

I have close contacts with several doctors I could have one take a look at the ME report and have them give us their interpertation of what the report says. In terms we can relate to rather than all these medical terms. Uggh I need my medical dictionary and its at home :(

I found that Lidocaine is given to patients sometimes as an Intubation drug, It is one of the drugs that can be used when they do a type of Intubation called Rapid Sequence Intubation.

Intubation is securing and maintaing an airway w/tube thru mouth or throat. Then you can be put on a resperator to breathe for you. I found that Lidocaine is one of the drugs used for this RSI when there is head injury some feel it helps reduce brain swelling

The favoured method for securing a definitive airway in this patient group(HEAD INJURY) is by rapid sequence intubation (RSI). In the United States the Emergency Airway Course teaches emergency physicians to routinely administer intravenous lidocaine as a pre treatment for RSI in this patient group in an attempt to attenuate this rise in ICP. (INTERCRAINIAL PRESSURE)

I also found this link which is a list of DRUGS USED IN EMERGENCY Medicine

I have not read the report yet...those of you that are working on it now...please LET'S FOCUS.

Why are we concentrating so hard on the meds?

The medications, could be important if there were traces of something that someone would have to take, like insulin, ect. That could take us on another journey to finding doc/prescripts? I would think it would be noted clearly if they found something in tox that shows she had a medical condition...anything noted?

Let's see if there are things that can identify her! Believe mentioned teeth...what does it say about her teeth? Perfect, buck? Missing, crowns?

How about pregnancies....did it talk about whether she ever bore a child?

Scars? Moles? Prior fractures?

What are her stats listed on the report?? Same as the poster that we have seen? Weight, height?

What is in there that we DID NOT know about, PHYSICALLY?

Thank you for refocusing us. I think we all get to focused on some things that may not be very important sometimes. Thank you for redirecting us to think about the aspects of this report that will help ID her. Does a ME report check stomach contents? I know that may sound weird to ask but I think we could trace some last steps from that..imo. I also think it is important that she did not have vaginal tearing or scaring. I would think that a prostitute would have both. I could be wrong though.

ABM, yes, her stomach contents is listed as 20cc of brown liquid.

Its funny you say that Christine I have been working on my next post and it has everything to do with one of the meds in her system and how it COULD BE something she might have taken for allergies etc

Im just going to cop/paste what I already had written so I wont have to re type it all ...Then I PROMISE to MOVE On, I just really wanted to put this out there and see what you guys thought

when I read the first page and someone had posted that the one chemical is a hydroxyzine, I was like WOW I have taken that before as the Name Brand ATARAX and Vistaril generic is HYDROXYZINE

I was prescribed it for a major case of Posion Ivy. It is also prescribed as an anti anxiety drug, because of it sedative effects. It is a form of antihistamine

It comes in liquid and pill form. SO Now this brings up more questions 1) Did someone slip her the Atarax trying to sedate her? 2) Did she have a prescription for Atarax/hydroxyzine Could we somehow track her down that way? I guess it would help to know if the levels were at a theraputic level or at an elevated level as to knock her out. Just thinking out loud LOL,
Or its possible it could have been given to her at the hospital

Here is a link for info on this drug
http://www.medicinenet.com/hydroxyzine/article.htm
Interesting under SIDE EFFECTS is says this drus may cause CONFUSION, Nervousness and NAUSEA and vomiting SO, I wonder if she DID take this prescrition medication BEFORE she jumped out the window? Remember she said she had to throw up.....

I have looked into I was looking into tox screens in autopsy's and I found this info ( that the hospitals are supposed to let the ME know) all drugs that were given in the treatment since admission So if this was reported it should be easy to find out if the Hydroxyzine was given to her in the Hospital or if she was taking to on her own before the accident and poss, had a Scrpt for it.

I also found a list of drugs that are to be tested for in spiked drink cases and seditive antihistamines are one of them on the list, they chose the drugs on the list due to their potential effects and their previous detection in DFSA cases “drug facilitated sexual assault”
http://www.toxlab.co.uk/spiked1.htm#spiked%20drink

http://www.toxlab.co.uk/postmort.htm

ATARAX
1) she took them before the accident with a prescrition

2) it was slipped to her to knock her out

3) hospital administard
