Does anyone know if its possible to crack veneers with two punches to the face and not sustain tissue damage to your gums and lips? I would expect her mouth and/or face to look bruised, bloody or at least swollen (apart from the obvious lip injections.)

Radar said these pictures were taken hours after the alleged altercation.

Please. That expert didn't even examine the original tapes. And I have posted a link to LKL transcript where another expert disagrees.

I feel like we've fallen down the rabbit hole and found ourselves with the ability to "see into someone's bedroom". Did he hit her? Don't know. Are the tapes altered? Don't know.

What I do know is this is a VERY NASTY domestic situation. Whether or not the tapes were altered - the rants and tirades he goes on aren't. There are whole sentences - with nasty nasty words - that he spews with such hatred. How can that be altered? Its a complete sentence, including the panting and hyperventilating.

The victims in this are the kids. Her son and the baby. Such a shame they have to be subjected to this side of "civilization". I just want to hug them and tell them that not all people act like this and no, honey, this isn't normal behavior. What are we teaching our future?

If he has access to the baby, and the baby reminds him of the mother, I feel this is a really bad situation for the child.

And considering the high profile celebrity status of this, I'm willing to go even further and say Quantico is (or will be) involved in the examination of the authenticity of these tapes.

Remember the old saying "it takes two to tango" - but it doesn't say that both parties have to "play fair" or "be nice". Where were these two when those lessons were taught in kindergarten?

Given the professional nature of the tape recordings, how is it that the only photo she managed to take is a dark, out-of-focus photo likely taken using her phone? What is she trying to hide? I read she may have shot some video as well, but I'm willing to bet it's using the same phone and hence will be worse in terms of quality.

From a glance, I don't see much in way of blunt-force trauma. The damage seems limited to her veneers which goes against the claim that she was hit, twice. I think the tide has turned and most people now seem to think the damage was self-inflicted as part of an extortion scheme.

Reading comments on various blogs I would also say the tide has turned against Oksana. The vast majority, while not defending Gibson and believing he needs serious help, believe this is an extortion scam.

Really? I don't think the tide has turned at all. Pretty much everyone I know still thinks he's a woman-beating, misogynistic, Anti-Semite pig. I am no expert on blunt force anything nor do I pretend to be. I am sure that is not the only pic. I bet the dentist that fixed her teeth also has pictures as well as medical records.

So any of us could presumably could record our phone conversations assuming we able to figure out how to use i-phone.

Gibson's voice was supposedly recorded through speaker-phone, but Oksana's voice was said to have been professionally recorded using a large diaphragm microphone (like one in a musician's studio). The recorded voices were on separate tracks and possibly mixed using a studio panel.

That's all according to the expert who never even had the access to the original recording.
So pardon me if I am doubtful of his claims.

You may be right, but I'm not holding my breath on seeing any clearer photos supporting her claims. The photo by the dentist will likely not be released to the public.

If Gibson didn't have his visitation stripped yesterday, I would guess that what was submitted to the judge was not any more convincing than what we have seen. Just a guess though.
