Mel Gibson's latest racist rant

Do we, have we, any confirmation on where "in the world" he is right now? I've been asking for the past couple of days. We heard he was on location filming last week when this all started to break - but I've never seen a city, country, state listed at all. I saw yesterday on radaronline that he has to interview with DCF next week.

His location plays into this. If he is in a country that doesn't share an extradition treaty with us................just sayin'.

I did notice on the recordings her voice is very clear with no white noise in the background. I just tried a voice memo on my Droid and you hear fuzzy white noise in the background. Also, when she talks, the volume level on Mel's rants goes down, how would that happen? All I can say is I do it with software. In an organic recording if there are two sources of noise that takes the level up, then you get distortion.

I don't doubt Mel has shown his , that HE deserves being outed for going after the arm candy, but I do smell extortion from Oktosana.

I think it's extremely unlikely Mel Gibson is going to flee the country. He's got very good lawyers, I imagine, to give him legal advice.

He was filming in Mexico "How I Spent My Summer Vacation" but I read that filming on that was completed.

He is probably just in hiding right now. He could always go to Switzerland. No fears they'll give him back. Ask Roman Polanski. He'll tell you.

She had Mel on speaker phone, and supposedly used an Iphone app to record his voice, hence the poor quality. One doesn't need to be an expert to determine that she probably used an external microphone (given the clarity). I think she went further and used a demultiplexer to split the signal, one to the external mic. input on the iphone, and the other to a separate recording device. Given this setup, what she says on the tape might not be what Mel heard when he was responding to her. I think the reason the volume level fades as her voice comes in is to perhaps hide what she truly said to Mel and edit in what she perhaps recorded later on (cut and pasted with what she recorded to her secondary device). It was a professional job, in my opinion, and being musician, she had the know-how and tools.

TMZ also posted that sources connected to the dentist say Oksana's photo showing her damaged teeth has supposedly been photo-shopped, because the teeth are hers but the nose and mouth aren't. And I am supposed to believe this? That somebody stuck a different nose (which isn't damaged, so for what purpose would someone do this) on the photo of her face showing her actual teeth? For what purpose would someone do something like this? The claims make no sense whatsoever.

I can't make any sense of the entire dentist thing. I was hoping someone else could. He appears to be backing off from his original claims. He could be in trouble for not reporting domestic abuse so he is covering his butt?

It's hard to view her nose since Radar has their logo over it.

We have no clue what the dentist originally said, or what he is saying now. It is not like the dentist is telling these things to tmz, it's the "sources connected to the dentist." And frankly if these sources are working for the dentist, shouldn't they keep their mouth shut because of patient confidentiality thing?
Or it does not apply to dentists?

I listened to the latest one just now at Radaronline - so let me clarify because I was mistaken about the levels lowering when she talks. That did happen in the version I heard - but that version was edited to bleep out the bad words, so it was for some other publication. Listening to the latest recording that does not happen.

But - in the latest recording I almost hear an echo sound surrounding her voice when it first begins. I'm not saying this is not the true Mel, but perhpas she decided to record the calls at a studio so that she would be insured broadcast quality. I don't know, it just sounds like she is in the quietest (acoustically quite) room or a studio.

The background noise I'm speaking of is the acoutstic sound, not that someone else might not be there, but WHERE are they that the acoustics are so good for her voice?

Again, not trying to defend Mel, but they might be two peas in a pod.

True. We don't know. However, if any of the statements on Radar or TMZ are true that are attributed to him he comes off as extremely sketchy.

By the way, why does tmz say dentist's story (as brought to us by sources connected to the dentist) contradicts Oksana's? I listened to the tape, she says he punched her in the face. She doesn't say he punched her directly in the mouth.
If sources connected to the dentist are to be believed, and dentist thinks she was punched in the temple, and then bit on her lip and damaged her teeth, how does tmz know that is not what Oksana's story is?
That would also explain why there are no external damage to the lips.

I don't know what to make of the dentist/photo story either. I did notice that Jack Osbourne ( I think ) is shown on the site with a T-shirt sporting a pic of Mel with the phrase...you should just smile and blow me. Uh oh.

Also, on our morning radio show, the hosts were talking about how vile Mel was and they were sincere, but they couldn't help laughing about him just screaming "you are a pain in my !...STOP BEING THAT". They thought the "stop being that' part was just funny. Only funny in that very short context but overall it's not funny how Mel has been acting.

If Gibson didn't have his visitation stripped yesterday, I would guess that what was submitted to the judge was not any more convincing than what we have seen. Just a guess though.

Apparently, if tmz is to be believed, the judge was impressed by the letter from the ex-wife Robyn, since she claimed Mel was a wonderful father. According to tmz, since Robyn said Mel wasn't abusing his other kids, the judge didn't think he was going to abuse this child.
Frankly, considering how out of control Mel sounds on the tapes, and how angry Mel sounds at the baby's mother, I am really questioning the judge's reasoning if what tmz reports is correct.

I would have thought the visitation would need to be supervised at the very least until a complete investigation has been done. Strange. Maybe an attorney can jump in and tell us why that did not happen. Given the rants and substance abuse issues I wouldn't want the child to be alone him. I honestly don't think he would hurt the child but still... a precautionary measure.

I am not willing to label Oksana a gold digger because wealthy older men always seem to pick someone younger than themselves rather than someone their own age....it is all about their ego.

I heard one of the talking heads saying that while Calif. was a two party state regarding recordings that there was an exception to that rule. If the recording contains physical threats then the permission of the other person is not necessary. Mel definitely made threats in these recording which negates needing his "permission. I believe that these tapes will most definitely be admitted during the court case.

If I were in her shoes I would most definitely want full custody of the child because I don't believe that MG can be trusted around their child. Wow, how many cases have we looked into here on Websleuths where one parent harms the child as a form of revenge against the other parent.

I commend Oksana for keeping calm during the conversations because to get angry just adds fuel to the fire.

If those tapes are edited she probably needed to get rid of those remarks -- but so far she is not looking like the brightest bulb. Particularly with the photo with the cracked veneers without tissue damage. Now she is claiming those are legit pics. She should have tried to wipe the smile from her eyes when she took them. I would think an abused women's eyes would look sad, vacant and hurt. If you cover her mouth on those photos and just look at her eyes it's just plain freaky.

Well, Roze I just doubt alot about her teeth. My son was hit in the mouth very hard when he was younger (accident) and his lip was soooo swolen! and......he had to have stitches on one part. Maybe a baseball is alot different than Mel Gibsons fist but it seems to me Mel G is a strong looking guy and if he DID hit her in the mouth, more than just a veneer wouldve come off! I would think her mouth would look bad also.
I heard some "expert" on TV tonight say something about the force that mustve been used but I highly doubt it. I think she wouldve had more damage to her lips, etc as in SWOLLEN and stitches.
In he tape he is calling her a gold digger which makes me believe she has just spent too much of his money and I find it irritating the way she taped him and sounded so calm. She sure didnt seem like a frightened woman, she sounds more like a scheming one and its JMO.
I wish she would go away. I hope Mel gets to see his baby daughter after this.
If Oksana really cared, would she try to make the babys father look so awful?
I feel sorry for the baby. Her Mother just wants $$$$$ and big settlement.
