A judge's decision - in favor of Gibson's current visitation despite evidence
An attorney of Oksana's that quit after being reprimanded by a judge because their arguments were "disingenuous at best" and "very disturbing."

Do you really think judges always make right decisions in allowing visitation? I can point out a whole bunch of cases where granting visitation did not end up well for the kid(s). Of course I hope this isn't going to be the case here.
But the argument the judge allows visitations, thus all is well and good, does not hold much water with me.

Are you saying that only Radar's tapes that have not been authenticated hold weight. I get it. Let's hope we are not on a jury together. I'm rather certain we'd butt heads.

It occurred to me yesterday that we haven't heard a peep from Gloria Allred in this mess. She's usually right in there front and centre (victims' advocate) - especially with the publicity this has garnered.

IMO, her opinion is not entirely valid because she has a few dogs in this fight - one of them is her daughter.

Gloria Allred has defended a few true victims, however, she also defended several of Tiger Wood's lovers as victims. Victims of what? I still haven't figured that one out. So far all I've got is, "I had sex with a married man and he lied and said I was the only one so I need money so I can console myself. Please forward the check to the strip show I'll be having near Tiger's next golf tournament." "I had sex with a married man and in order not to talk I need $10 million dollars. Please forward my $10 million to Celebrity Rehab where I'll be taking up residence for another payday."

Those poor women. Duped by Tiger.

Since Gloria Allred is not a party to this case, and is not directly representing anyone in this case, her opinion is irrelevant. Same with all the other celeb lawyers who have been asked to comment. Right now, the only person's whose opinion matters is the Judge and he has favored the status quo with regard to visitation/custody.

As for whatever else the Judge might do, remains to be seen.

This one consists of Mel (allegedly) ranting and she barely puts a word in. Sounds un-edited to me. He sure is a charmer. It sounds like she is worn out. How many times has he called her in one day?

Well then, I'll make a point of stopping by periodically to see if the gallows have been built for that guy that had a custody fight with his ex that was leaked to the tabloid press. Evidence! Pfffft.... tabloids leaks are just as valid as a fair trail. At least in this thread.

I like how all these tapes seem to start in the middle. I'm an "all of the evidence" kind of gal. I want to know the following before I decide if I care about either of these two people -

1) Is this all one long drawn out nutso phone call/fight or recordings of several phone calls over time.

2) who initiated the phone call(s) and why is that portion not being played but only editted sections. I believe there are portions of these calls that are missing. If you string together all the tapes released by radaronline, no matter how you splice them together it is obvious these are not one long continuous uneditted conversation but are actually excerps from what I think were several phone conversations.

3) What did Oksana's sister get (how much) if she indeed was the one who released these recordings.
