If you go to the bottom and slide the bar over to the right you will see where you can make one click and all the boxes on that page will have a check mark and then scroll to the bottom and click on delete. Then repete on the next page and so forth.

I don't see where I can click on each thread on the same page and then delete them altogether....I'm hopeless. :bang:

I just got another "server too busy" window. They obviously can't handle the bandwidth despite all the money Tricia gives them to do just that.

I get those windows quite a bit still too, DK. It only lasts a few minutes now usually though, and then I can get back on.

I noticed the little 'arrows' that indicate you posted on a thread are missing... is that also part of this temporary 'bare bones' solution? Just asking because i really liked those, and if I accidentally changed one of my settings to make 'em disappear I want to change it back... LOL.

No, Janet, they are still there, so check what settings you changed.

Thanks LinasK! The only thing I changed was the subscription setting - from 'no emails' to 'do not subscribe'. Could that be it?

Go look at new messages on the left, then under that "tracking" click that.
I had 108, had no clue how they got there.:waitasec:

The only 'track messages' thing I could find was with the private messages, which I never did use... I didn't change any other settings since last night and I didn't notice them gone until now.

i have deleted half of my 51 pages, and will try and do the rest within 24 hours. i guess i never thought about the threads i had subscribed to, over 1200, taking up space.

i have always been willing to give a yearly "gift" enjoy this outstanding forum and i wish that trisha would consider letting us gift her in some way, not mandatory, but voluntary of course.

Yep apparently you need to delete your siggy even if it isn't a picture.

When you go to "List Subscriptions" in the User CP, there should be a box on the right of the screen, just to the right of where it says "notification". Under this, there is a box for each subscribed thread. If you click the first box, it should put a check in all of the other boxes. Then scroll down to the drop down menu and choose "delete subscription" and click the "Go" next to it. This should delete everything that was selected.

I just read this thread now...I'll get to work on deleting my subscriptions and my sig. Only 45 subscriptions (2 pages worth) with weekly notification, but every little bit helps
