You realize Frank is not his real name, but his 'blogging' name. When cpj realizes that he is not really an actual journalist will they still feel the same?

Strange. Even the pro guilt recognize Frank.

The CPJ as well recognizes him as a journalist but you don't? I find that to be ludricrous

He is an internet blogger... not employed by a media service. Frank S is like you being SMK here.

Times are changing fred!!!! Most major networks now use blogs as well as twitter.

I thought it was AK's hip movements that got her in trouble in the first place. I believe that's what the investigator said.

As far as I know, RS changed his story only when he was told that AK had changed hers and put herself at the scene of the crime with PL. For a short time he recanted his alibi of AK and then returned to it again and has stuck with that story.

But I'm sure interrogators were telling AK and RS that their stories didn't match all along. That's how the game is played. So who wavered first doesn't necessarily matter.

BTW, "different versions" doesn't necessarily mean one true version and several lies except on Perry Mason. Versions may vary just because one recalls and adds additional details, one is asked a question in a different way, etc.

If you believe her 'hip movements' got her in trouble in the first place... it is quite useless to discuss the case with you any further.

Show just 1 instance of changing alibi's in a murder investigation not being cause for concern and suspicion!

Very correct. The articles there do raise more questions that in fact are answered.

And pardon me for repeating myself, but these speculations wherein AK is the mastermind of a grand conspiracy all conveniently ignore the fact that she didn't speak the same language as the two boys! How did she communicate such subtleties as her promise that she would not intervene while RG raped MK? That strikes me as a fairly complicated thought to convey.

Maybe you should do a little research on it then. Then you will know ludicrous.

Recognizing him and him being an actual 'journalist' working for a major or minor network are two different things.

OK, well, they went out, MAYBE. Maybe. Would they have wanted to admit it, though? Would there be an alibi? I was reading an April 2011 post on TJFMK last night, someone giving additional motive commentary to the Massei report. I ALMOST began to doubt RS and AK. Almost. But it raises many questions. Many. too many holes. And what is the bit about AK and the bloody nose?

Fine-Tuning Of A Previous Post On Motive In The Meredith Kercher Case And Its Addressing By Massei)http://truejustice.org/ee/index.php
I think it's BS frankly...weren't there like 5 little drops of blood found in the bathroom, wouldn't there be a lot more blood if there was a nosebleed?

What I still doubt a lot is the Mop story.I've been thinking along the lines JJenny thought, she either would have gotten the Mop whenever the spill happened. If she went to get the Mop in the morning the water was already evaporated, like she said herself?
It would make sense if she went to get the Mop right away ,maybe that's when she walked in on hearing Merediths screams? Maybe she did cover her ears?
Maybe that's why RS is reluctant to say she was with him all night but also reluctant to say she left, because he can not truly believe she went out to commit murder?
He was watching Naruto, which AK probably wasn't interested in which is another clue that AK may indeed have left the apartment?

@SMK,

'the defense argues'... in 'their' appeal. Grasping at straws IMO as it would have been quite easy to show you were 'using' a computer if you were in fact really using it.

Sounds IMO that this post is grasping at straws

I believe that Nova's comment has been taken out of context here and again I must question why? I do not see how you go from a supervisor to you as a person.

The fault was mine in this case. I wrote in response to dgfred, "If you don't have enough work experience to know (how supervisors behave)..."

I was being facetious and I think fred knew that.

I apologize, fred, if you really took offense. I have no reason to question your work history.

I have done alot of research on this. Unlike others that go from forum to forum and repeat what has been said by others. My opinions have been researched by me and I feel very comfortable with respect to the conclusion I have reached with respect to this.

What I do not appreciate is when the stuff written here is then taken to another forum, reported, then mocked

fred, I didn't invent the "hip movement" issue. It was a public statement by an investigator and has been discussed here at length.

That link also answers your previous question as to how I know AK's guilt was prejudged. The investigator actually brags that he solved the crime before hearing any testimony or seeing any forensic evidence. And he explains how.

All of this took place before there were any changes to alibis; the alibis only wavered under the pressure of hostile interrogation.

You have research who Frank is... and what he actually does for a living?

If so you would not have posted 'ludicrous' and would not be doubting the things I have posted. I got my information from PMF during the past few days originally.
I have no intention of repeating when you 'claim stuff'... whether it is mocked or not I have no control over. Nor do I have any intentions of misleading anyone or giving misleading information.

depends how you look at it,Naruto has a split personality....
Full Summary: Someone was killed. It's up to Sasuke to find the murdurer. What happens when he finds out that the killer is none other than his own lover? But more importantly... Who knew that Naruto had a hit list? Who knew that the next one in line was Sasuke?

Chapter One: A Promis To Remember
Uchiha Sasuke was stressed out. But to say only that would be an understatement.

"Mmmh Baby come to bed... You've been working too hard and it's going to put you into an early grave." Naruto, property of Sasuke, rolled around on the bed they shared, pouting pathetically.

"But I just don't get it! It doesn't make any sense! Everyday for the past week, there's been a murder. Konoha is a peaceful village! Why would anyone want to bring chaos to it?" Sasuke caught sight of his lover, who was now lying on his stomuch, trying his best to look as pathetic as possible. "If you're looking for sympathy, I don't have any more to spare."

Naruto growled and stood up. For a moment, one could say that his eyes flashed a dangerous red color. However due to the dim lighting, it could have been nothing more than a trick of the light. Any trace of previous anger was soon replaced with lust as he wraped his arms around Sasukes' neck. "Oh. Really? I can change that..." Naruto began to kiss the others neck, nipping at the soft flesh every so often. "Because surely the thought of me writhing beneath you and screaming your name sounds appealing right about now?"

"Naruto stop! I can't. Not now. I have too much to think about right now!" Seeing the other try to hide his hurt look broke his heart. "Surely you understand?" What's gotten into you Naruto? He's never seemed so desperate before...

"Fine. I understand. Buisness always has to come first anyway. Why should this time be any different?"

These words seemed to upset Sasuke. But the Uchiha his this well. "Naruto I'm... sorry... Please don't be like this..."

"I can't help it when you're always-" Naruto cut himself off and looked off to the side glaring. "Ugh never mind. Why do I even bother?"

Sasuke bit his lower lip. "Look Naruto. I have a short meeting tommorow. After my meeting, I'm all yours. We'll do anything you want, however you want. Just cut the drama."

"Sounds wonderful darling!" Naruto all but purred as he climbed into bed. Though one could have brushed it off as a trick of the light, there was surely an unmistakable sadistic gleam in his eyes as he added a forced cheerful, "Goodnight sweetie!"

I think it's BS frankly...weren't there like 5 little drops of blood found in the bathroom, wouldn't there be a lot more blood if there was a nosebleed?

I have some problems now and then with nosebleeds (dry climate), but I usually catch a nosebleed after a drop or two.

What I still doubt a lot is the Mop story....

Isn't it possible that being young and careless (and probably stoned), they ignored the leak at night. But when they got up the next morning and found the floor still wet, they then thought they'd better do something about it?

I agree it's an odd coincidence that AK is working with a mop the morning after a murder. But the forensic evidence in the cottage doesn't seem to show she was mopping there.

I've been thinking along the lines JJenny thought, she either would have gotten the Mop whenever the spill happened. If she went to get the Mop in the morning the water was already evaporated, like she said herself?
It would make sense if she went to get the Mop right away ,maybe that's when she walked in on hearing Merediths screams? Maybe she did cover her ears?

He was watching Naruto, which AK probably wasn't interested in which is another clue that AK may indeed have left the apartment?

But then why didn't he stick with the story that she had left for much of the evening?
