It seems to be reaching a desperation point:
*excuses upon excuses are made for AK's behavior and the evidence against her.
Then:
1- the two pieces of evidence currently under review will not free AK and RS.
2- supporters lure the CPJ into getting involved, which does not 'pan out'. Their information for their complaint seems to be lacking and unsupported by fact.
3- A CNN 'piece' is hailed as showing the 'true' facts of the case and bashing/showing Mignini is wrong and other adjectives needed by supporters. This piece is SHOWN/PROVED to have been edited and cherry-picked until it is a pure hatchet job. Anybody that cares to look can see this for themselves by reading the transcript's translation. No amount of spin or deflection will/can change that!
Desperate times indeed for the 'support' campaign.
It's unfortunate that there is such reluctance amongst some bloggers and media to call a spade a spade, but I guess the best way to sell the story is to wrap it in conspiracy ... a poor, little girl from Seattle went to Italy where the mean prosecutor decided it would be fun to persecute the little girl and now she is sitting in a cold hard prison because the all powerful, mean prosecutor over-ruled the judge and jury and found her guilty.
