OMG!!!!! Judge Napolitano is on film saying the defense
thinks Kronk took the bag at some time and therefore
ruined the evidence.

What B.S. !!! ......prolly Zanny gave him the bag & he drove around in KC's car like 25 days looking for a place to hide it......where he could later, find it.

I don't know who this "Judge Napolitano" is but he sure has got a lot of nerve!

Quote "TES went there BEFORE THE BAG WAS THERE and didn't see it"

HOW DOES THIS GUY KNOW THIS?

Although he says its the defense saying that RK TOOK THE BAG and then BROUGHT IT BACK! OMG OMG

I just can't take anymore of this - really IT HAS TO STOP!

Ok, I have a few questions:

Who was the other person he was with at the time, when "they" got done at 1:30 and didn't have to be back til 2:30?

Did this mysterious other person see anything?

If he took a pic of the snake, why didn't he also take a pic of the "bag"?

Does he always carry a camera with him? Or did he take it with a cell phone camera?

So many unanswered questions...

Good questions ... I would think the picture would have been taken with his cell phone.

Yes, did the 'other' person go with him ... and see the bag too?

It was strange that he took a picture of the snake, why would he do that?

AND, if the bag was in water, how did he see it? I thought he said he saw something white laying there?

Also, did anyone catch that he said that HE used to be a bounty hunter? I thought that was interesting...

YES, I DID hear that ... that was interesting.

Your a being a joker this morning aren't ya!!!
I mean -- you're not serious?

YES I am serious. Not one person in the SA's office, LE or FBI has came up with ANYTHING as outlandish as those on the defense side of things.

A couple of things / observations I got from watching the brief interview:

  • When he (and possibly a co-worker) stumbled across the suspicious bag in August, it was in the water. It was seeing the bag, knowing what the swamp smelled like, and the proximity to the Anthony home that caused him to call in the tip.
  • We all know he persisted until an officer met him at the location.
  • By Kronk's account, the officer claimed he did not see anything suspicious and probably did not want to wade into the swamp. Kronk thought the officer was perhaps a little rude to him.

(In defense of the officer, we don't know how many crank calls and pointless tips had been responded to at that point, and he probably knew the general area had already been searched / cleared. He may really have not seen anything that stood out to him amidst all the other garbage in the area).
  • After that, Kronk basically shrugged his shoulders and (in my words) said "whatever."
  • Kronk did not visit area in November during his route.
  • Stumbled upon bag in December when he took a nature break. Did not come out and say it was precisely the same bag. He did say it was basically the same location as before.
  • Sounded like if he had it to do all over again he would not.
OK, I was on a treadmill playing hamster at the time and it was noisy - did I get that pretty much right?
Thanks for that recap of the show JWG.

Source's LE leak is not accurate.
NOT ACCURATE!!

This was not mentioned last night while it was being watched and recorded here. I saw it on an early AM replay - wouldn't have known otherwise.

Lets give it some time and see what happens. We can't call everything we enjoy hearing 'truth'. We just can't. Based on what they have officially said they could indict the Anthony family, their neighbors, boyfriends or a ham sandwich.

I've always found the judge pretty thoughtful.I think he's just pointing out where the defense will go with this. It's not necessarily what HE believes.
We all know the defense will spin this, but I believe the evidence will hold up.

Meter reading hand-held computers were pretty advanced when I saw one eight years ago. It wouldn't surprise me if they have built-in cameras nowadays.

I thought Kronk appeared very sincere, and surprisingly generous despite the various conspiracy allegations thrown around by LP and others.

As for making money from interviews, etc, I don't hink its necessarily a bad idea in his particular case - he is likely to get a thorough dragging through the mud by Baez and co. when this case goes to trial, and this could certainly jeapordize his current and future employment. Just my opinion. I wouldn't be surprised if his atty advised him to get what he can and bank it just in case...

In any case, glad to see he got a new shirt...:)

And that statement proves what exactly? What were they talking about? What context was it in? You can't just pull one line out of a show and try to prove the LE is doing something nutty with it.

But yes....let's wait.....that ham sammich may be toast.

Just to show the kind of snake he and the Police officer encountered and why it made them leave. He probably didn't take a pic of the snake at the time, but wanted to prove it was a dangerous situation.

I like RK. He is down to earth and believable.

It makes alot of sense to me that he would be on the look out for anything unusal in his area, and that he would go back to look again in December. He was in the Coastguard and a Bounty Hunter/bail bondsman and worked in the A's neighbourhood, I would find it unusal if he HADNT been on the look out for anything suspicious...

It wouldnt suprise me if he was a sluether or someone who followed true crime (just like so many of us)and therefore recognised the Suburban area as the perfect location for KC to do what she did. Good on RK for his instincts.

You will have to answer those questions after watching the film to best suit yourself. Patty said she would post the film later. You will be able to watch it and let it mean whatever you want to I suspect.

What does "not correct mean"? I am to stupid to know....

I took it to possibly mean a crummy Source. Not LE.

IMO any time someone takes money it damages their credibility at trial.

Yup, they do ... I never would have thought, but here ya go:

If you’re a utility worker, you can add to that list a single device that provides your schedule for the day, knows exactly where you are at all times, identifies individual meters or other objects for you, takes photos to show your work, creates reports and delivers them to the office without you ever having to actually go there, and is virtually indestructible and fits in the palm of your hand.
