Interesting. Good catch. I think you mean JR, not CR. I wonder if he could have accepted the friend request on Jenny's behalf for some reason. But why? Another mystery we'll never know the answer to.

I accidently hit the friend button to JR before websleuths, he accepted and I apologized and unfriendly him.

I have had friends accept and I am like who is this? I have unfriendly some. I thought possibly I needed to change my password. Anyway I knew being friends with JR whom I didn't know and websleuths was probably not good so I made a choice.

Her FB page had been hijacked and there were posts from people who were accusing JR of nefarious deeds. It got really ugly. One of them joined WS and tried to bring the dirt here and also set up a competing Find Jenny FB page. I'm not sure if it still exists. When JR locked Jenny's page, he also deleted all her photos and comments from her trip, which seemed unnecessary, and caused more suspicion, but that was his choice. I don't know about access to her other accounts.

Agree.

Jr could have simply disabled the comments on her fb page but left her pictures and her personal commentary or posts of her trip open.

Now we all know that JRs previous jobs consisted of him living in China and I think Mexico as well to promote or get business for the Internet/ cable/ or phone company that he was working for.

So imo. Jr is very knowledgeable with techy communication/ certain things and was allowed to travel to other countries to help garner more business for the business.

But he still acts like he is not experienced with Facebook, Twitter or contacting embassy's in other countries.

It would be interesting if someone mesaged Mr Kane to ask when Jenny friend requested, or if he friend requested her on FB. 8 or 9 months is strange to accept a friend request considering the last time he made a "public" change on FB was late August. Maybe a recent request was made to C Kane from JC's account??

If JR has access to JC's page, why did he not set the friends to private?

If you go to the Find Jenny facebook page, you can see when he posts that he is going to Mexico, and when he posts that he is back. I would hardly say the information he provides as 'concrete and factual' though.

Good questions.

Nope, 100% of the information in this case comes directly from JR. Either from his posts on Facebook or from a few media interviews with him. JR is pretty much a loner. He always goes by himself. Then he comes back and posts a two line update on Facebook, and then says nothing more about the trip.

Most of his trips are very poorly documented. So there is no way of knowing the durations. There is no way to tell what he does or where he goes in Mexico, but he has posted a few pictures of himself eating dinner with random people in Mexico.

As for his trip to meet Jenny. Per JR, he went to Mexico on April 15th to spend five days with Jenny. She didn't show up, so he returned to the US on about April 20th. He then immediately began a fundraising effort to find her.

Thanks for posting. Just a friendly heads up that although your questions may simply come from curiosity, they seem to imply suspicion of JR. Apologies if I have read too much into your post. Although he can be puzzling and downright irritating at times ullhair: he is still a victim and we don't sleuth him per terms of service (TOS) here at WS. This is a difficult case because there is little MSM information and everything comes from JR, so it's tempting to look closely at him, but there is nothing to indicate that he is not a victim.

Looking forward to hearing other ideas you may have about Jenny's disappearance.

Most will never post a brothel pic while searching for their missing wife.

So it seems like the massage palors in Seattle are filled with cops.

But maybe Mexico has more less stringent laws on those places. Idk

I'm hoping there will be an update soon from JR. On Dec. 16 he posted that he was "optimistic" there would be progress on the case within 30 days. Of course optimism doesn't equate to reality. The new administration could be just as slow moving and stonewalling as the old one.

Just like all the other times he posted these deadlines for a break in the case and nothing happened. Give him some time and he will come up with a new faux deadline, and nothing will happen then either.
