is this in MSM somewhere?

Well, it occurred in Mexico, in their jurisdiction. But they don't seem interested in pursuing it.Wow, I am baffled! There’s video evidence this woman was beaten, how have these people not been charged and locked up?? Did they identify the person in the video who attacked her?
That’s awful. I hate to think of how many unsolved cases there are in Mexico. Most probably don’t even make it to the media.Well, it occurred in Mexico, in their jurisdiction. But they don't seem interested in pursuing it.

Sadly I don’t think there ever will be. There’s clear evidence and no law enforcement have acted on it or pursued it far enough it seems.yep, this case is awful
no justice for Shanquella ... yet
Where is it said that the FBI "took over" the case? And what does that mean? The FBI took the case over, because the 'friends' had left Mexico. It's all upthread.
I don't remember, it was 2 years ago.Where is it said that the FBI "took over" the case? And what does that mean?
The FBI opened an investigation. It has not authority to "take over." The primary jurisdiction for this lay with the Mexican officials. The FBI's jurisdiction is limited. But even at that, what have they done? A couple interviews and that is all.I don't remember, it was 2 years ago.
Start here, this is all the effort I'm going to put into it

What'sWell, it occurred in Mexico, in their jurisdiction. But they don't seem interested in pursuing it.
What'sup about the US not wanting to deal with an offshore murder investigation... that oughta sway Americans from wanting to travel abroad for fear that if ANYTHING should go wrong where they find themselves needing help from their government. It's so
up. The fact that there's video proof, and that there were so many lies and inconsistencies. I think of how she's getting ZERO justice. And even if the Robinsons sue in civil court and are awarded $$, they'll never see it because chances are those kids don't have that kind of money. I think they were jealous of her and took it out on her...
I am just pissed off --- it makes NO SENSE!
Thank you for posting this. I can't believe its been close to three years! The C.o.D. contradiction(s) are understatedly unnerving, and probably the most telling of this case. IMOJudge weighs whether Shanquella Robinson wrongful death case should be in US or Mexico
Family suing after Charlotte woman’s 2022 death in Mexicowww.wbtv.com
“I’d rather for the case to be handled here in the United States, because you came back and lied to the whole United States,” Bernard Robinson said. “I just want justice.”
Wednesday’s hearing came as part of one of two lawsuits the Robinson family has filed.
In addition to the wrongful death case, the family is also suing the FBI and U.S. State Department for $100 million, claiming a lack of diligence in the investigation.”
