I cant watch the trial due to my slow computer connection so I appriciate all the post from those who are watching.

This case has baffled me from the beginning and the trial doesnt seem to be clearing it up much for me. I dont think I will know what happened for sure even after its all said and done. JMO

I think Amy was only friendly with Beebe for a drug connection, I think he put the moves on her and she may have said she was telling her husband...
I think he may have wanted to sleep with her to pay for her drug debt

I think Tonya coming out to trailer was a surprise and that she witnessed Amy dead so he killed her also

duct tape found in hole they were buried in not good for defence, what was the need for duct tape to be placed in there if it went down as he said, no need for duct tape if Tonya shot Amy and then he shot Tonya in self defence

duct tape to me sounds like it was there as part of planned event, as if Bebee was planning to use duct tape on somebody

Pumkin testified that they were using the trailer for hunting

only Junior has said there was a gun inside the trailer

I agree, but I also wonder why the pre-trial agreement that defense would not introduce evidence of JB/AH affair and/or AH affairs in general as long as prosecution and witnesses did not try to deny JB/AH affair. Maybe the State was going to attack that contention but JH didn't want evidence to come out or people to testify about it and asked them (State) not to?

That, and the other stuff found in there incl black latex gloves.

Plus the bodies were 3 feet under.

None of this meshes with the defense opening statement that JB was performing all of this in a zombie like state of shock.

I think it is good they aren't trashing the victim...if she had affairs it doesn't mean she deserves to die

Too bad they couldn't make Beebe get in there and attempt demonstrate his version of events. That might have sealed a conviction for murder 1.

Probably that's a reason he didn't testify - if he did he could have been asked...
