pros: you've heard that AH is shot in the trailer. I don;t know for a fact she wasn't - there is no physical evidence of it, no evidence AH was ever in that trailer at any time. Def says pros has no scenario, I am going to give you one now just as good as JB's
pros: JB goes to Henslee house to pickup AH (sex, drugs, some other pretense) lets hypothesize that as true...explains her leaving house in pajama bottoms and tennis shoes. They go westbound...I don;t know exactly what happened, but something goes bad - argument disagreement, AH wants to go home - you know AH was assaulted (bruises and abrasions) nothing in JB's story to explain that. Somewhere along this morning she goes these bruise and abrasions...whether attempt to force sexual relationship on her, argument...any number of things to create this situation where the anger or fear of being reported to police causes him to grab his shotgun wherever it may have been, and he shoots AH. probably out neat the trailer. then TH comes along and discovers what he's done, says "no I am not going along with this"...he says "yes you are"...that's as reasonable a story as his.
pros: I have a tape measure for you (jury) to play around with. We know that the thigh route to Ah 6 inches or less from front to back below upward slight her left to right - right in crotch area.
pros: how in the world does injury to AH thigh occur given what he says happened, end of barrel well above waist for someone 5'2" how is she shot in direction and angle, not possible. Shot#2 in chest
