DETROIT, MI Detroit Police are asking the public for help in locating a missing 56-year-old man who does have mental health related concerns.
Cecil Henry was last seen by his niece in the area of 23rd and West Warren on Tuesday, April 5th, 2016, at approximately 4:00 p.m.
Cecil is described as a black male, 56-years-old, 59″, 270 lbs. Cecil was last seen wearing a black knit hat, black coat, black or navy sweatpants and black Nike shoes.
Cecil is in good physical condition but does have mental health related concerns.
If anyone has information on Cecil or know of his whereabouts, they are asked to please call Detective Michael Pacteles of the Detroit Polices Criminal Investigatives Unit at 313-596-5156.
