I wonder how far this lawsuit will go? I feel certain that anyone who appears on Nancy Grace's HLN show knows full well what they are getting into, and the guest contract likely includes numerous CYA clauses by the show's producers. If every guest who felt offended by Grace's terse interview style sued the HLN host, she'd be in court constantly. I also wonder why Mr. Bothuell waited until now to file the lawsuit? I see it as an exercise in futility. :moo:
