I thought Chelsea was seen (video & stills) showing her phone to others at the June music bash, not the one in October. :waitasec: My best recollection is that Chelsea did not have her phone with her at the Halloween party but had left it with her change of clothing in the friend's car with whom she rode to the party. Chelsea's cell phone was returned to her family, and I'm sure LE has examined it for photos and every call Chelsea made/received/texted.
I've contemplated a list of things I'd like to know about the investigation (or at trial) and that cell phone is very near the top of the short list.
Yes, BDE, no idea when right now, but I went through it frame by frame, the June bash, and basically one particular security guard starts out as they're watching the fire dancer just standing a couple of people away from Chelsea, then next you see both of them talking, focused on her phone, not a camera or anything, then you see her again in some shots by the stage, then again in some very fast shots in an area that people seem to be hanging out near the stage, not the same as the bar area. The oddest shot if IIRC, was toward the end, the camera is focused on Chelsea, there's a guy right to right of the lens, then it zooms in a Chelsea and the same security guard walking up to her, again looking at her phone. Many of the same people are near the stage during the Oct bash.

O/T, but those young kids out played PAP by miles, in a battle of bands kind of way, that's why BM probably had them booked so early, not to steal the show maybe. I loved the look on the PAP players faces during their set, priceless.:cow:
At BM's bash where Chelsea went missing, the same guy seems to be there from early in the day in the emu video, and then again across from where Chelsea is standing against the white banner at the concert, stage right, and he is stage left, right next to the stage, taking pics, in the crowd, there. I was left convinced after days of watching it she was marked during the June concert. Somewhere back there on the thread, I think before Thanksgiving, are all the detailed observations. LE has all the uncut versions of these videos from early on. So in the end, it wasn't Chelsea's taste in music, as it seemed more eclectic than PAP, she liked the band, the people in it, I think. I wouldn't say the people associated with so much at all from my observations of her from the videos and various accounts of her time at the bash, before she went missing.
