My description off Grafton road (or whichever outlet) was in reference to accessing the location Chelsea herself was discovered.

Grafton has much more traffic than briar hill or Newburg so I doubt they would've accessed it to get her to that spot, from the party that would've been back tracking, and as far as leaving after the murder, it wouldn't have been necessary to drive the tracks and come out on Grafton. That wouldve been unnecessary as leaving the murder scene would've been as simple as turning around, and following the tracks and pulling out on Grafton would've drawn way more attention. If any police are out around "bar closing" hours they'd be on Grafton and anyone around the area would know that

Great video of Chelsey Brucks mom, Aundria Bowman's mom Cathy & Eric Franks mom Jo at Missing In Michigan 2015
Event in Detroit Honors, Remembers the Missing in Michigan - Published on May 20, 2015

Family, friends and police gathered at the Renaissance Center in Detroit to honor those who have gone missing. We spoke to Michigan State Police, as well as the mothers of Chelsea Bruck, Eric Franks and Aundria Bowman.

If she was raped, is it possible for DNA evidence to survive and be obtained from her remains given the state of decomposition?

Think of the case of Morgan Harrington (VA) & how they got DNA from her remains which IIRC were skeletal.

A few questions I have about the night at the party before CB's disappearance are:

1. What changed CB's mind not to return home with the original people she came to the party with? She left her cell phone and other items in their car, with plans to return to car with this friend? I believe it was said in earlier threads CB had planned on being at the party for only a few hours.

2. How well did she know the friends in the group picture with her at the party? The one guy had blood on his face. Was he involved in one of the many fights at the party? Where there rivalry's or hidden enemies at the party, like Monroe vs Flatrock?

3. When the friend CB originally came to the party with was leaving, why didn't they give CB her phone and other items. It was said the phone was give to another friend, who lost track of CB?

4. What time did the friends in the group picture exit the party? CB had a lot of friends at the party. Seems to be different groups throughout the night. The one (s) she came with, the ones whom she posed in a group photograph with, another group before her disappearance, and then the "sketch guy" in the parking lot area.

BBM It was a pretty large party and her friend couldn't find her to return the phone and other stuff. Over 600 attended. If we knew the answers for the other questions I'd expect we would have a POI.

To me there are 2 main reasons a girl might not leave with her friends ( aside from the fact that she could not find them) . One is if she really likes a guy she is talking to and feels safe that he can give her a ride. Two, she is given a drug that renders her unable make decisions.

One of the things that didn't standout when I was actively following this case earlier, but has struck me recently and relates to what you mentioned -
She arrived at the party very late, correct me, but around 11:30, and the band ended at 12... to me that does not sound like she went to watch the band, but rather to meet someone and do something later...

Very good point. That would explain her refusing rides from more than one person who offered

I have always gotten the impression that Chelsea was interested in seeing only ONE of the bands playing at the bash...PAX.

I too tried to comprehend WHY would a young woman painstakingly take the time to create such a detailed costume for a 30 minute show? She could have just as easily wore jeans a sweater...she wanted to be in costume and put a lot of effort (it seemed) in making a costume to wear.

Maybe she was more interested in the party itself once PAX quit playing.

She could have been planning to wear it again :/

Simple answer to that is to some people Halloween is a BIG deal..their favorite holiday. People love to dress up. She could of very well been one of these people.

I thought she almost didnt go to the party cause she didnt have a ride. Maybe her ride couldnt go until later or didnt want to go until later. Considering she didnt drive I think when she arrived wasnt 100% up to her

Who is to say really. Possibly she just wanted to hang out and party and her friend left early. I recall someone saying someone from her family said she knew about 15 people at the party. Possibly she felt she would have no problem finding another ride with one of them.

Thing that dont make sense to me is why she didnt get her phone and other stuff out of her friends car before she left. If they werent that important then why bring them at all?

I remember hearing she also called her own cellphone from someone else's late that night. Was she trying to get her friend to answer? Maybe she didn't know anyone's phone number but hoped her friend would answer her phone that she left in their car. Was she trying to listen to a potential voicemail? Which I wouldn't even know how to do that anymore but used to know how. I would assume she definitely felt safe at this party to leave her belongings behind and not carry them with her. I know I rarely go without my purse or phone just in case something happens or I need to reach someone. I wouldn't know anyone's phone number off the top of my head anymore.

In MH's case, I thought the DNA of Jesse Matthew was on her t-shirt that was found not her remains?

I don't remember where anymore, but IIRC, Chelsea was said by Kassie to spend time planning gifts for family way ahead of time. She had been excited about her preparations for Kassie's wedding, which was months away, even before the bash. I think you're right. She was very into PAX and hanging out with the people around the band based on her history of attendance. She may have wanted to hangout with those people as she lingered. It would be interesting to know where she was when her friends were looking for her around 2 am. Could she have been with a group close to the band, the security guards, or part of the regulars around the band, that included the POI, thus she felt safe leaving with him? Something made Chelsea not suspect she was in danger with the POI when she was speaking with the vendor just before heading to the parking lot. If she was selected earlier, how would the person/s who wished her harm assure that she stay and not leave earlier with her friends? Where was she the missing hour? Who was she with during the missing hour her friends looked for her? The people she was with during the missing hour, did they do or say something that made her wait until 3 am for the POI to walk her off to the parking lot? If the perp picked Chelsea that night, at that time, because she was still there and alone needing a ride, then could he have approached other girls throughout the night? Or did the POI have a face mask all night and only showed his face at the end when he was with Chelsea to gain her trust? Did Chelsea go to the vendor to make sure she was seen with him to assure herself that she'd be safer with people seeing her with him? Why hasn't anyone stepped up about the missing hour, if not publicly then to LE, to begin with before the first press conference even or yet?

I would be very interested to know if the Vendor noticed or saw "the Hero" at anytime in connection with his Chelsea & POI sightings. This might corroborate some of the Hero's tale, of which, I have always believed. At least a kernel of it.

Was it ever stated that HB was given a LDT by LE? Considering his charge, one would think they would have.
