I did a search of his name and found this;

Just strange that he was beheaded. I have heard about these sword groups before. People meet online and challenge each other to duels.
Is this him??
Also a message board profile. i know that the state and birthdate is wrong, but who knows. http://forums.swordforum.com/search.php?searchid=463904

Don't laugh please..but stranger things have happened.

Wow, dark_shadows. Very interesting find! You might be onto something there. I wonder if the cops have found this. I can't really tell if it's him but it looks like it could be.

My love to you always,:blowkiss:

I always love seeing you! Thanks so much for your post. I was debating whether or not I should post it or not, finally I gave up and posted it. I just added another link to the post you saw. It is a link to a message board with posts from that profile name. You can read where people want to deul and they talk about "kill strikes"

So very much Love and Respect for you,

So it is possible that this was maybe an accident that someone treid unsuccesfuly to cover up. Honestly, if I had accidentaly beheaded someone with a sword I would not expect the police to think I did it accidentaly, I am sure the police would laugh at that.
It is not out of the realm of possibility!

No problem. It is strange and may induce a few giggles that grown men do this stuff but I would never laugh at you for posting it or for thinking it. I think it was an excellent catch too and I think you should let whoever is investegating it know about it, on the chance it is him in the video.
Why on earth would grown men intentionally fight with knives and stab at one another?

I appreciate your post.
I have no clue why grown men do things like that...

I cannot believe some of the posts on this thread.

I agree Dark!

We seem to be throwing the baby out with the bath water with some of our laws today. Real criminals seem to be released to re-offend in record time yet someone can deal with the horrible consequences of being a registered sex offender for mooning or having an adolescent relationship with someone a few years older or younger. What is wrong that we cannot accurately distinguish the difference between a true crime and something else entirely? I see it in other areas of criminal law too. It is frightening. Our knee-jerk reaction to sexual offenses may ignore the facts.

Love to you, Dark!

I think people are just venting their frustration; I doubt that the average person on these boards is in favor of this kind of retribution unless they have a very personal connection to a particular crime. Of course it is important to weigh the actual crime vs. the punishment. Yes there needs to be some balance in the law that makes some of these crimes SO's....I think the posts need to be taken with a grain of salt, respectfully.

Noone should feel they are above the law and take things into their own hands, no matter how disgusting the crime

I can't believe how many of you can sit here and applaud this man's death when you don't even know the circumstances of his charges.

I also am taken aback at the response of approval.
I don't know what percentage of the members here are Americans, but our culture and laws prohibit "cruel and unusual punishment."

Beheading/burning would fall into the "cruel and unusual" category!

I totally agree with those of you I've quoted. I can't even make myself quote those who are APPLAUDING this CRIME, because I'm praying like crazy that I won't remember who said those things. This is the first time I have ever been TRULY sickened reading people's posts here......those of you who believe that two wrongs make a right EVER under ANY circumstances better carefully think your stance through.

Exactly what would make it "ok" for a person off the street to charge, convict, sentence and carry out the sentence of another? Is that REALLY the kind of society you want to live in? Would you want your neighbor to carry out such a sentence on your son? EVEN IF your son was a criminal, would you want your neighbor to do this to him????

I think people are just venting their frustration; I doubt that the average person on these boards is in favor of this kind of retribution unless they have a very personal connection to a particular crime. Of course it is important to weigh the actual crime vs. the punishment. Yes there needs to be some balance in the law that makes some of these crimes SO's....I think the posts need to be taken with a grain of salt, respectfully.

I so, so, so hope you are right.

Just wanted to say that I didnt know the extent of the charge before I said I was not sad about this. I do want to take that back. I feel this is so bad, it seems his offense was dating an underage girl. Sorry for not checking it out before I posted. When I am wrong I will be the first to admit it. Also if this had been a real CM, my feelings would be what i posted, That I wouldnt be sad. While you are all correct it isnt right to take the life of another, if this had been a true CM My feelings wouldnt be sad. I do not condone the killing of another person, BUT I dont like CM's. With that said I would never ever take another persons life. But had my child been really molested i can not say for sure the thoughts wouldnt go through my mind.

I hope they catch the people who did this. Frankly, I don't want them on the streets.

It would be interesting to know if he had on one of those mask things - like in the you tube video- when he died or if there were traces of a mask being on his head. So I guess people really die, get stabbed, or cut in these sword fights? Bizarre, IMO.

I agree with you.
Here is an article from May of this year, a man took the law in his own hands.

All of my Love and Respect to you,
dark_shadows

Parts of the article;

BRANDON - Willie Tarpley Jr. knew this much about his ex-wife's new boyfriend: The man was a convicted sex offender and Tarpley didn't want his children anywhere near him.
So Saturday night at about 8, Tarpley, 46, drove to his old house, grabbed one of his samurai swords, a katana, out of the garage and threatened to use the 42-inch blade to cut off the boyfriend's head.
The boyfriend, Lee Alexander, 25, of Indian Lakes Estates near Lake Wales, tried to flee, but hit Tarpley's Corvette in the driveway. That's when Tarpley reached into the open car window and plunged his sword into Alexander's body, Hillsborough County sheriff's spokeswoman Debbie Carter said.

Records show that Alexander was convicted in Polk County in 2000 of lewd and lascivious battery on a person under 16. Alexander was 18 at the time. The circumstances surrounding Alexander's arrest and conviction were unclear Sunday.
To Tarpley, it didn't matter. When he read Alexander's name on the sex offender registry and saw that it had to do with someone under the age of 16, he became enraged. He thought of his daughters, ages 3 and 15 months, and wanted him as far away as possible, Peterson said.
Tarpley's have past convictions

Tarpley himself is a registered sex offender, as is his wife.
In 1988, Tarpley and his wife were convicted in a high-profile case concerning a woman who once worked for Willie Tarpley as a nude dancer. The Tarpleys were accused of kidnapping the woman, beating her, gluing her eyelids and genitalia shut and tattooing a four-letter word on her forehead, according to Tampa Tribune archives.

Shadows, thank you for bringing me back to the world of reason. I simply didn't feel as bad for the victim in this case because of his SO status. I looked for the benefit, which was that at least he could hurt no one else. But, gosh, I still wondered what kind of person could behead and then burn someone--anyone! To me that is more scary.
