1/22/25 Update: The U.S. Supreme Court will not rule on tainted evidence in the Danielle Stislicki murder trial. In August, the Michigan Attorney General asked the U.S. Supreme Court to rule on whether evidence should be included in the murder trial. The U.S. Supreme Court has denied the request. Oakland County & the state appeals court have already ruled in favor of suppressing the evidence. The Michigan Attorney General’s Office was hoping the U.S. Supreme Court would rule differently, but the appeal was denied. [The evidence that has been excluded from the trial: Danielle’s Fitbit, keys & telephone. The testimony of persons working at Tim Hortons. Surveillance footage & phone records from Tim Hortons. Surveillance footage from a gas station near Tim Hortons. Information from the Green Cab company]. Next pretrial hearing on 2/12/25 @ 1pm.

This case is infuriating to me. We all know who did it. The Stislicki family needs some peace. It’s been over EIGHT years. The defense in this case brought up a Franks Motion they had filed years ago to challenge the search warrant. So, it’s back to the drawing board again.

The wheels of justice are moving extremely slowly in this case.
I feel badly for Danielle's parents----

I hate that her family has to wait almost a FULL DECADE for justice in her case.

A 38-year-old man who is accused in the 2016 killing of a Farmington Hills woman whose body was never recovered is scheduled to face a jury in February after being granted a new trial date.

Floyd Galloway is charged with first-degree murder in connection with the disappearance and presumed killing of Danielle Stislicki, who was last seen Dec. 2, 2016, leaving her workplace with Galloway, a former security guard for the Southfield office building where they both were employed. Stislicki's parents reported her missing the next day after finding her purse, ID and credit card in the building's parking lot...
