Ooh @MadMcGoo great find!!!!
I couldn’t find anything about the car fire. It seems to me like it’s related to this Doe or a very strange coincidence. But the car fire had to be extinguished on Wednesday evening and the man was found to be on fire the next morning, almost 12 hours later. Was he on fire that entire time or did someone return to the scene? Or are the two incidents unrelated?

Strange IMO.

I'm wondering if the red hair is a sign of this man being Muslim?

Honored that Othram could assist Detroit Police Department and the FBI in identifying a 1981 homicide victim as Jerry Tate, born in 1948. Grateful to RTI, NamUs, and the NIJ for funding the case.
