Tamera Marie Rosenberg, 41, and Roger William Younglove, 24, received sentences that exceeded the minimum sentence guidelines as calculated by the Lenawee County Circuit Court probation department and Circuit Judge Anna Marie Anzalone. They pleaded guilty in September to being accessories after the fact and to obstruction of justice. Open murder charges against both were dismissed as part of the plea agreement.
Rosenberg, Monday's girlfriend, was sentenced to 31 months to five years in prison and Younglove to six years and eight months to 10 years in prison. His sentence was more than Rosenberg's because of prior offenses in Tennessee.
Rosenberg received credit for 392 days already served in jail. Younglove received credit for 353 days served.
The sentences complete more than a year of proceedings in local courts involving the five defendants in the death of Monday, who owned the Main Street Market and was the Adrian Farmers Market master.
