Parents bound over in beating death of 2-year-old daughter

A judge has ruled there is enough evidence to move forward in the case involving a Mt. Morris Township couple who allegedly beat their 2-year-old daughter to death in what officials have called one of the worst child abuse cases they've ever seen.

Destiny and George Bingaman were bound over on Monday, Nov. 5 by a Genesee District Judge to face trial on charges of felony murder, first-degree child abuse, torture and two counts of first-degree child abuse committed in the presence of another child in Emma Rose Bingaman's killing.

The case has been turned over to the Genessee County 7th Judicial Circuit Court, case number 18-44060-FC. It appears there is a pre-trial hearing scheduled for 1/2/2019 at 1:30pm, for Destiny Bingaman, with George Bingaman listed as a co-defendant. Here is the link for the Circuit Court. If you enter that case number, you should easily be able to keep up with the case.

Glad I could help. My heart breaks for this baby, and what she went through. As does I know yours does as well. LIPWOP is too good for the monsters that did this to her.
