*George Bingaman (32/now 34) arrested (7/30/18), charged & arraigned (8/2/18) with 1st degree felony murder, 1st degree child abuse, torture & 2 counts of 1st degree child abuse committed in front of another child. Plead not guilty. Held without bail. Genesee County Case# 18-44060
1 yr old girl & 1 yr old boy removed & placed in temporary foster care.
Jury trial was set to begin on 11/10/20 continued to 1/20/21.

9/16/20 Update: Proceed digital records-defendant in jail. APA Jurva Brinn, attorney; Mainprize-Hajek & Defendant (Destiny) was present. Attorney Ewing & Defendant (George). Counsel (Mainprise-Hajek) is waiting on the expert's report to review. Court set a status conference hearing for 12/9/20 & a new trial date of 1/20/21.
