If all goes well, I will be doing a blog radio talk show around Eric's birthday, which is Sept 18th. I was approached about it before my surgery, but was in touch with them again today. It is called the Jenny and Jerry show and airs out of Virginia. Callers will be allowed to ask questions about Eric's case. Following the show, pictures and fliers of Eric will be posted on their site. We hope it will cause even more awareness that Eric is missing. More about it as I know more details.

Where is Eric? I wonder how some people sleep at night with a head full of lies to keep straight. Eric is discussed at our home frequently - our children ask for updates on him and whether or not we have talked to his wonderful mother or aunt recently.

If Eric could read this - I would want him to know that there is not a second that goes by that SOMEONE is not thinking about you - or trying to find the truth!

I agree MIMOMMY, that always is in my mind. Another MI case that drives me nuts is Aundria Bowman. Makes me so mad!! People know where she is and someone knows where Eric is too!!! I hope they are miserable!!

This is so true and sad. I, often, wonder how people who are hiding and lying sleep at night, look at themselves in the mirror or hug their own loved ones knowing they are causing so much hurt and grief for another family. Maybe I am naive...or maybe...I am just human. They are not.

Updates: I got an email from Monica Caison today about the 2011 Road to Remember tour of the CUE Center in Wilmington, NC. Monica has been sick and someone else is taking care of details for the tour. As soon as we know the exact day and time, I will post it. Plans are being made for the day and we are excited about it. Also, the Jenny and Jerry Radio show will be on Sept. 19th. I will post the exact time and how to call in as soon as I know. I chose that Friday because Eric's birthday is Sept 18th.

Because I know some of you cannot access my facebook page, I just wanted to let you know that I went for my 2 week check up on my foot today and was told I can walk now. It was so strange trying to walk and I had to hang on to the dr and my daughter. I asked for the wheelchair again, but will use it less and less to get around in my house. It will be a gradual healing over the next month the dr said , as I limber up my foot and it heals on the inside. I have truly tried not to complain a lot because there are those who have never walked or who will never walk again. My condition is temporarily inconvenient and I have been in far worse pain before. Thanks for your concern and prayers.

UPDATE ON CONTACT INFORMATION: Anyone having any information concerning the disappearance of ERIC LEE FRANKS in SAGINAW, MICHIGAN in MARCH 2011, please contact DET. SGT. SCOTT WOODARD with the MI STATE POLICE at (989) 284-5118. Det. Woodard is now investigating Eric's case and we appreciate his work. He requested that we add his name to Eric's community facebook page and assured us that any tip that comes in, he will follow up on it. Any of you that had tried earlier to call with a tip and couldn't get a call back, please try again and call Det Woodard's #. You many hold the piece of the puzzle that will bring Eric home. Skiptracker, please call Det. Woodard about your conversation with people at the truck stop who remembered Eric. This could be helpful in putting together a timeline of events leading up to Eric's disappearance. I know I haven't posted much lately. There is activity in Eric's investigation since Det Sgt Woodard is on the case. We hope someday to be able to report what that activity is , but right now we are just pleased to know Eric has not been pushed aside again. We still do not have the definite day for the CUE Center's Road to Remember Tour, but we have invited a guest speaker from the MI State Police and are waiting for an answer. I will post details when we get them.

The date for the stop for Eric in Saginaw, MI on the 11th Annual Road to Remember Tour is set for Tuesday, October 14th. The stop to bring attention to Eric will be on the Walmart parking lot : 5650 Bay Road, Saginaw, MI. The time of day has not yet been determined as some people have not turned in the addresses for their stops. I will post it when I know. There will be 22 stops in 11 states. If you want info on the stops in your states, go to the CUE Center's facebook site and check. We hope these stops will bring awareness to Eric's case as well as many others who are missing . We all need answers, whatever those answers turn out to be. Thanks for all your help.
