Pregnant teen missing, boyfriend found dead

An officer investigating an abandoned vehicle found the body around 12 p.m. behind Park Crest Apartments on Gezon Ct. SW, near the intersection of Gezon Dr. and Byron Center Ave. The deceased has been identified as Charles Oppenneer, 25, of Grand Rapids. Wyoming police also say Oppenneer's girlfriend, Brooke Anne Slocum, 18, is missing and could be related to the case. Slocum was last seen on Saturday, July 12, with Oppenneer. Police have not been able to locate her.

Wow. She's 18 and 8 months pregnant and they've found her boyfriend murdered? Where is the media in all of this? I found 3 articles with very little information.
This is scary.

Slocum is 5-foot, 3-inches tall with brown hair and green eyes.

Police say the pregnant girlfriend of a Wyoming homicide victim is dead, and so is a suspect in the case.

Eighteen-year-old Brooke Slocum, who was eight months pregnant, was found dead Thursday in the trunk of a car that officers stopped on Burton Street SW at US-131, according to Wyoming police Chief James Carmody. The suspect was also found dead in the car of a self-inflicted gunshot wound, Carmody said...

A second police scene near the intersection of Taft Avenue and Porter Street in Wyoming is also connected to the homicide. It’s unknown how that scene is linked to the case.

Police haven't identified the suspect or disclosed his connection to the couple. Carmody says investigators were preparing a search warrant for a Wyoming home when the suspect left.

Oh, so it was a third person that killed Brooke, her baby, and her boyfriend. I was getting confused - I thought Brooke's boyfriend killed her and then himself. From Okiegranny's link:
