Seven people took the stand today, October 15th.
William McQueen ~ Attended St. Michael's Episcopal Church in Grosse Pointe along with Jane and bb.
Police Officer Lori Briggs ~ an Evidence Technician who processed the scene on Detroit's east side where a Mercedes was found dumped that belonged to Jane Bashara. Jane's dead body was found inside her vehicle.
The two witnesses above are the third and fourth witnesses called to the stand (but first and second witnesses on Wednesday).

Patrick Webb (known as Sir Rick within the "lifestyle") ~ Owner of a lifestyle club that bb contributed to and attended. SR knew bb as a business partner and friend. Also SR has direct knowledge of bb's place known as The Dungeon. SR made/created/provided some of the accessories used in the dungeon.
Frank Leone ~ The Tow Truck driver who saw what he thought to be a stolen car (Jane's Mercedes) and phoned it in to police.
Paul Samona ~ Part Owner of Art's Liquor store. Joe Gentz frequented the store and cashed a check (bounced) there.
Eugene Fitzhugh ~ DPD Crime Scene Service Unit, Evidence Tech
Rachel Gillett ~ Met bb through an adult website in 2008. She became his mistress.

On the first day of witnesses, October 14th, Robert Godard (known as Sir Patrick in the BDSM lifestyle) was the first person to take the stand. He visited the dungeon several times and played golf with bb.
The second person on the stand was Rebecca Forton. She used bb's management company to help find a tenant for her mother's property in Grosse Pointe in late Summer 2011.
Nine people have testified so far, two on the first day and seven on the second day.
