Detroit — A month before Jane Bashara was murdered, her husband, Robert Bashara, called a friend with whom he often smoked marijuana and snorted cocaine on the golf course of a ritzy country club, and asked him to lie.

"Bob called and said … 'I need you to cover for me this weekend. If anybody asks you (tell them) I'm with you,'" Robert Bashara's longtime friend, James Wilson, said Monday during the fourth day of testimony in Bashara's murder-for-hire trial...

Bob is soooo going down. Hope your all following the cell phone testimony. Clip played of Bob stating in a news Interview he called Jane's phone dozens of times when she was missing. Expert testifies. Not true!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He made 6 calls. Not to mention the numerous calls between he and Gentz.

During the hours Jane was considered missing, her cell phone received 91 calls. Only 6 were from Bob; 49 were from her brother, John.

A video was shown of Bob telling TV reporter he never left home that night. Cell phone pinging data suggests otherwise.
