Testimony from Stan Brue, ATF Special Agent, 14th witness

263,000 phone records were analyzed in this case - using court orders and search warrants.
Starting with bb's records over a 184 day period, initially.

11 top numbers called:
652 - Robert Fick
574 - Rachel Gillett, landline
249 - Rachel Gillett, cell
203 - Rachel Gillett, work
550 - Jane Bashara
472 - Joe Gentz
288 - Janet Lehman

No calls were ever made to Joe Gentz from the Bashara home phone.

September 27, 2011 - calls between bb, JG and Steve Tabaudo

During the months of September, October, and November in 2011, calls increased
between bb and JG; JG called bb more times.

The number of calls dropped down during the month of December.

January 2012 - total of 102 calls between bb and Joe Gentz; bb called JG 67 times, JG called bb 35 times (pattern reversal)

Between January 21-24, 2012 - a total of 36 calls; bb called JG 33 times, JG called bb 3 times

January 23 - bb called JG 22 times, JG did NOT call bb

DAY OF JANE'S MURDER: January 24 - at 6:24 a.m., bb called JG.
Seven calls total between bb and JG on January 24.
The early a.m. calls are a total departure from the normal calling pattern.

bb called Rachel Gillett on January 24.

January 26 - JG received a call from Nancy Bashara's phone (bb's mother)

On January 24, bb tried to contact Jane's cell phone four times from their home phone and
two times from bb's cell to Jane's cell.

As bb attempted to reach Jane, he also made two calls from the Bashara home phone to RG's home phone.

On January 25, at 1:16, 1:17 and 1:18 a.m., three calls were made from Nancy B.'s cell to Rachel G.
At 3:00 a.m., a text was sent from NB's cell to Janet Lehman's cell phone.

Jane's cell received 91 calls total during the time she was missing;
49 from John E. (her brother), 6 from bb (her husband).

bb claimed he was home during the time period Jane was missing. Records indicate otherwise.

According to bb, he was notified of Jane's death at 9:30 a.m. on January 25, 2012.
bb called Rachel G., a GP real estate company Johnstone and Johnstone and Dean Valente.
Then he called Rachel again before contacting his daughter, Jessica.

Contrary to bb's media statements, JG sent texts to bb only seven (7) times over the 184 day period, all sent during 2011, none in 2012. Records also show bb initiated most of the calling.
