This slimy, slithery testifier doesn't want anyone to figure out the perfect parallel in how he arranged Jane and Joe's hits.

Duh, not one person in the courtroom doesn't understand he's trying to wiggle out of the hole he's dug himself. Most of all Judge Vonda does recognize this very clearly.

I refresh and have to watch commercials :gaah: During the few times that I caught some testimony, BB is rude and disrespectful to the Prosecutor and Judge Evans and continues rewriting history. The man is arrogance personified and like his previous defense attorney said, Bashara thinks he's the smartest man in the room. Sorry, Bob, but you're not going to talk yourself into a new trial. If anything, Bob, you're solidifying your doom.

He seems to feel that it's ok, as long as it was just one time per woman.

She is trying to establish that he doesn't think about anyone but himself, and she's doing a darn fine job of it.

Vonda stops and asks 'Yeah, why DID you take them to your marital bed? You own all these apartments and stuff, you couldn't take them elsewhere?'

Even though he just said before it was for the hit. Now it was for appliances. For that extra added liars detail, Steve even put 'Sold' signs on these appliances.

BB thinks he's so smart, but I doubt he realizes that the "testimony" that he is providing is precisely the reason that his legal team DID NOT want him to take the stand during the trial. So, he's having his day in court, his 15 minutes in the spotlight, all the while making a total azz of himself (despite his efforts to look professorial). Keep talking, Bob. You're doing a magnanimous job sealing your fate and proving that there is no need for a new trial. :moo:

There is actually a good amount of Arias-esque behavior here.
He's a big fan of correcting Judge Vonda or Lindsey in minute matters. He gets that sick sound of satisfaction to his tone when he does so.
The overblown do goodery.
And of course, the fog.
The gross overuse of the word 'absolutely' (when lying like a rug)
It's creepy.
