LE can assemble. SWAT team very quickly. That is what they do. There would be no reason to delay if they knew who they were after.
The safety of others is always a main concern. Innocent bystanders could be hurt if they're not careful. The time of day and location matters a great deal as to how they're going to get their suspect safely without hurting themselves or others.
They are a regular thing here in ABQ, where I live. They block off a few streets and go for it, all times of day or night.

Here is a visual timeline of that night, I took screenshots.

Did anyone notice the sketch artist for the Clinton MI suspect is the same as the artist of Jessica's suspect sketch? D. Clark is it?

Last LLL post for me. This mugshot is a dead ringer to the sketch.

Anybody have a list of all of the RSO that live within two mile radius of the Exxon station?
(they are looking at 4 of them).

I haven't seen a list per se. But if you check the two zip codes theres only 3 that match the description on the RSO website. JMO
So after reading WS administrators posts it appears we can post links to known RSOs in the area. I went to Family Watchdog site and scoured through every RSO with a picture within 7 miles of Norton Shores that have some facial and size resemblence that the eyewitness reported. Some are not as heavy as reported but I know first hand that eyewitness sightings can be way off in estimating height and weight. This is a long shot but am including so others can comment. We don't even know if the person responsible for the abduction is an RSO but I would think the odds are pretty good he is. Another factor is he could live farther than 7 miles away and it's not realistic to scour every person in the state of MI. Also some of these may be incarcerated.
If my post violates any WS rules please feel free to delete. I am in no way saying the following are responsible, just see some resemblence to the sketch.

In my opinion, LLL and DWG are closest resemblence to sketch. If the Police Chief says the sketch is a dead ringer for the POI then it eliminates many I've listed.
Definitely looks like the mug. However, says LLL just clocked age 30--which doesn't quite jive with the POI being described as 30's to 40's. If the witness got a close look at LLL, seems they'd say "20's to 30's". But who knows. also, wasn't there something in the original description about the POI being burly or bulky or some such? LLL doesn't look like he'd be described that way.
I'll bump the post I just referred to. Hope it helps.
ETA: I still do not know who the MAL is that is being referred to. Not on this list.
<need to step away. putting myself in timeout. crying and furious too. Lotus's post sent me over the edge>
