Call me crazy, but, I just went on a google street walk-about.

The picture for the Exxon station is from 2009, BUT, there is a silver van that appears to match the description of the POI parked right there!!!

Same slanted front and everything....very much a coincidence, but, still! Is it a car wash right beside the Exxon???

Yeah it's pretty ironic about the silver van. They seem to be all over the town in the 2009 google map shots.

Doesn't sound good. If he was guilty he would refuse and hire a lawyer.

Esp if he's an RSO. I can't imagine anyone experienced in the US criminal justice system speaking at length to investigators, with or without an attorney.

I can't even watch it right now. I know I would just break down. I'm overly emotional (being preggers and all) and I have a 4 year old. I would never want him crying for me and not knowing where I was. It'd break my heart.

The biggest clue in this case is that the POI did not hop on the highway to get away with her.

They must have alot of video of him, he drove right through town.

My guess with this 'off-site' questioning is that this person might be proving his alibi. Maybe they went to his job or something. Sounds like he agreed to do a polygraph to clear his name. He wasn't handcuffed so he wasn't being detained. Sounds like this guy is being cooperative to me.

It has been discussed in other cases here that when LE are looking at a particular Facebook account, the page will be shut down until they finish. Can someone check to see if both are still closed down?

O/T Tomorrow marks my 7th month. It feels like yesterday we just found out. Yea, he laughs at me when I cry at a movie. Esp when there's kids involved. Paranormal activity 3 I was like "Just leave the baby alone!" lol I'm a wreck. Congrats to you too I know it feels like a long way off, but it's really not.

This might not be the best thing for Jessica's Mom to be quoted on, but, I do wonder why she is saying this?

Shelly Heeringa, Jessica's mother, described the composite sketch of the possible suspect police released Tuesday. "I actually think it's a pretty good sketch and that there's some features on it that maybe don't look exactly like him, but his features--and I'm hoping the features will stand out--like the hair, the close-set eyes."
