The still photo released today, indicates that the silver van traveled in the same direction, at least 2 different times, at:

-11:03 pm

and

-11:33 pm

unless there is an error.

I have seen LE release video in what some might call a "misleading" or deliberately vague manner before in other cases. (eg. Home Depot/Gas Station Video in Victoria Stafford's case)

These times are critical for the timeline and movements of the abductor.

This actually gives me hope that LE has alot more than what they are sharing as the release of info is specific.
Red Herring?

Why is it time stamps in these cases are never reliable...

After toggling both the "11:04 pm" news 8 second video released earlier this week, and the "11:33 pm" still picture released today, I have to conclude that they are indeed the same picture.

Here are my reasons:

-The white distance of the road, between the curb and the vehicle appears to be the same, indicating the van was driving at the same distance from the curb in both pictures.

-The reflection of the light on the left front headlight, appears to be the same in both pictures.

Since the time released by the news media was 11:04 pm, I am going to assume this is correct. It would be nice for them to verify that though, given the time stamp on this newly released photo.

Gosh, they are basically at square one...

Two in a row? I sense a pattern here.

Seems like neither are backed up digitally. I thought the newer cams were run with a computer program(?) I guess setting the time/date during setup wasn't very important. <sarcasm> MO

Chief Dan Shaw told 24 Hour News 8 that the man had been brought in on Wednesday for questioning but because investigators still had more questions, the man voluntarily come back in for questioning on Thursday.

Police learned about him through a tip, and he owns a silver minivan. Police believe that someone driving a silver or grey minivan is connected to Heeringa's disappearance.

Shaw said his team of investigators met Friday morning, and they decided to clear the man.

Breaking sounds good!

It's a deceiving blog title. Nothing "breaking" to note (yet). This kind of wording makes me so mad!
