MISSING PERSON ALERT from Washtenaw County Sheriff's Office : Nixle
Please BOL for missing person JOSEPH CHARLES MCCOLLUM w/m 04/27/1993 (see attached photo) 5'09''/160 BRO/BLU. He was last seen at St. Joe's on 08/21 at 7am. Joseph has schizophrenia and has been known to use drugs. On 08/21, Joseph was having a mental breakdown and thought people were out to kill him. He failed to retrieve treatment for this episode while at St. Joe's on 08/21 and is now missing. He is from Onsted, but has previously stayed at Harmony House, in the Sugarbrook neighborhood, and a three-quarter house in Ann Arbor.
