I pray to all things holy that her body is still there so they can charge him with every single thing he did to her.

I really dont think it was just him. I think the mother is putting on a huge act and trying to be seen as the victim. There are a lot of things that really dont make sense with her stories. One, she says she put her daughter to bed at 11pm that night, however he says that she died around 9:15? So someone is lying, and why would he lie about the time when he is actually coming out and admitting to the crime? It doesnt make sense why he would lie about the time. Also, she thought that he just took her to run errands with him? Okay, I dont know about the rest of you, but I have a four year old and a 3 month old, and the only time I will go run errands is when they are at home with their daddy. It is very difficult to take them with. Okay and also if he did take her to run errands with him, wouldnt he wake her mother up to let her know he was taking her and where he was going? And also, didnt the mom notice that the coat and shoes were still there? AND doesnt he have a cell phone maybe that she would have called to check in with him to see where he was or something like that? It doesnt add up!!

So it's not that she died at 9:15, 915 Nagold NW is the address if I read that correctly.

I don't either, she's lying. She at least knows more than she's saying or she was involved somehow. Has she been given a drug screen? Is that why she waited so long to report her missing? Were they both high and something happened to Jozlynn?

I'm not sticking up for mom here, but I think it's possible that something happened between Jozlynn and Malmberg after mom went to bed. I don't even want to think about anything like that going on, but you never know.

Oh WOW - This POOR POOR baby! Another innocent child lost in this world I have been following the Somer Thompson murder case. This is is eerily similar. A dumpster and garbage - YIKES! I find some of the details very informative as they have not released many in Somer's case surrounding the garbage disposal etc.

With the information about the boyfriend being a drug user makes me wonder if this child got into drugs into the home accidentally and they hatched this CRAZY plan of a kidnapping--(If you google this type of accident happening on the net, the results are jaw dropping. Happens every day, child accidentally gets into a parents drug stash). of the boyfriend just taking off? Wonder if mom knows OR doesn't know?? So many questions. This would be complicated and I would really have to think about it -- it would not make logical sense with the way it is currently presented. There is a POI in Somer's case now as of now charges are not pending regarding the murder of Somer - so the public as been told- grain of salt. In any case, the drug rumors surrounding her case has always made me wonder if this is the fate she had met - getting into drugs at the home and then being put in a dumpster. It reminds me of the Ron and Misty mentality of the Cummings case. All of these months and they finally nab them with their drug activity. This is all purely speculation on my part from my 1000000X of hours of research and talking with people that are on the ground in that area. Again, which could only be speculative -- and that of a theory.

It will be interesting to see how this plays out. We need harsher penalties in these instances -judges need to be accountable when they make rulings on criminal offenders of all types-- I am so sick and tired of innocent children becoming victims at the hands of their own parents and that of RSO that are released into the public to prey upon our children repeatedly. I plan on making a difference in this regard and I am currently working on a plan to execute these changes in our country.

IMO, I do not believe the mom. Something is very fishy. If the mom was sleeping that early in the evening, why did it take until 9am to notice her missing!

IMO, there is no way she could have not known anything. I would have to be very drugged up to sleep that long, not hear anything or check on my children until 9am!

Again? *sigh* Still have to wonder if mom knew. It says she died Monday. Mom says she saw her Monday night. Before or after mom went to bed? Hoping they can find her body.

I thought the first article said mom last saw the child at 11pm. I hope the told LE WHAT trash recepticle. It sounds like this is another step dad story where he hurts the ones not his own, but doesn't hurt his blood related children. Just like that Brandon Lockett.

When are these stupid stupid women going to learn. You do NOT NEED A MAN to make you a complete person? I am so tired of mothers letting their significant others beat the life out of their children. :furious: These mothers NEED to be accountable when they let some man do this to their children.

Who puts a 2 yr old to bed at 11pm? The ONLY way that makes any sense is if the child fell asleep on the couch or on the floor and mom didn't pick her up and put her into the childs own bed until later.

Yeah, it did say she saw her at 11pm. I was just debating to myself whether mom was lying. Whether or not this happened before or after she went to bed, since Jozlynn did die sometime that night.

And yes, he apparently *did* tell LE which trash receptacle. And they were able to find the facility where it was taken, and narrow down the pile that she would have been in. But they didn't find her and are worried that she may have been incinerated. (see article above).

This is just disgusting..and what's even worse is this isn't anywhere near the first case like this we've heard about.

Well, 11pm to 9am is 10 hours. Who sleeps that long with a 2 year old and a 7 month old! Possible, but I doubt it. Maybe the times are not reported correctly.

I went back and looked, mom said she last seen her in bed a 11pm. Maybe Jozlynn woke up crying and he hit her to hard, but why did mom not hear anything.

If she was that scared of him why didn't she take her kids and go - even to a shelter? Sadly, I think mom made a fatal error of judgement here with this guy in rationalizing her choices as well as his behavior. Goes back to a wise saying I was once told. When those red or yellow warning signs appear, often in the beginning of a relationship you have to listen to them because they don't last very long. Some how, some women, and men, rationalize those warning signs away, and this is what can happen when those signs are ignored.

I too hope they find her. I hope they can determine if that trash has been incinerated or not. I have a feeling, they are not going to find her. I hope I am wrong, but that is my gut.

once again we have the courts and the social services involved with this so called "family"

RIP sweet little Jozlynn, this poor little girl didn't stand a chance with these people.
She sure deserved better.

When I think of the "patch" where hair didn't grow...did they do something to her before?? The scab on her chin?? from??

and the poor little thing who walked with her toes turned in....it is just heartbreaking
that sweet little smile....Jozlynn deserved better, so much better

I hope that he and/or he/she get the maximum punishment for this, I hope the baby boy is removed from this woman so she can't make more bad decisions to endanger him
