MISSING: Julia Kinsey last spoke with a family member on November 7, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. and hasn't been seen, or heard from since. Julia may be homeless after being evicted from her home which was located in the 9000 block of Trinity. She may be driving her 2008 black Saturn Outlook.
Julia is described as a black female, 50 years-old, 5'-6", 250 lbs., light complexion with freckles. She brown eyes and short black curly hair tapered on both side.
It was reported that Julia in good physical/mental condition.
If anyone has seen Julia Kinsey , or know of her whereabouts they are asked to call Detroit Police Department's 6th Precinct at 596-5600.
