I keep stopping by, hoping that today is the day that there are answers and JUSTICE FOR JULIA! Ive also been keeping a close eye on Chelsea's case and as I posted on her thread earlier, I just dont understand how LE could have ruled out any possible connection when both cases remain unsolved?! There still seem to be too many simularities for me to rule out ANY CONNECTION. I do know, that no matter connected or not, BOTH GIRLS DESERVE JUSTICE!

While we are in a seemingly lull on this site, LE has assured me that they are actively continually investigating this case. Other agencies are assisting and are working in the background pursuing other leads and evidence. We will have Justice for Julia! ! !

Well said everyone! I know from the various discussions I have with people on this thread that little tidbits are submitted to LE frequently. This stuff adds up, and LE knows how to add, compare or contrast it to what they have developed. As FindHG said, I am so impressed and amazed by what my fellow sleuthers have found! Thanks for sharing spellbound, #186 , and FindHG I find it interesting that it was in Feb. That they also arrested JT on the child charges.
I know I have been laying low in Websleuths. But you bet I am watching closely, reading all your posts, thank u all for sharing and caring.

News Flash - Jim T's trial for the child charge has been rescheduled to start on August 3rd (originally scheduled to start Monday, June 29th).The final pretrial will now be on July 24th. Why was this rescheduled? I don't know yet. One possibility may be that the prosecutor needs more time or has uncovered more evidence. Hopefully some more information may show up in the media soon.

Great to know. Trojan1966, thank you for sharing this "News Flash". Sounds encouraging. If there were nothing there, then it would have been quick and done, seems possible.

If that were to be the case, why wouldn't they just proceed with the trial and be done with it?
I'm curious as to whether the motion to delay was initiated by the prosecution or JT's defense. :thinking:

I don't know if saying Kim did not want any of you to know is fair. I think that since she is not speaking to certain individuals, and the fact that she can see that individuals are getting the information themselves may be more likely. JMO

As far as seeing her at the courthouse - I will not speculate.

Since people who seem to know "why" this trial was postponed will not provide us with the information, I will contact the Circuit Court and the Prosecutor's office on Monday. I only feel that everyone here needs to know exactly what is happening concerning this case. I have always tried to be truthful in posting what I know and had hoped the same would be true for all verified users as well as other members. Why would this "reason" be such a big secret? Possibly it will be posted in the media before Monday.

Child charges are very easy to prove. You just have to know who was the one logging in if multiple people use said computers. Jmo. You can get 20 years from that alone. Jmo.

I don't think you can get more than 4 years for possession of child .

The max is 4 years it seems to me (750. 145 c (4)).

Generally child charges are easy to prove. In the chase where the indivuals in the images/videos are not clearly minors, it may be difficult to prove that they are.
