I suspect she was born Delania Hill. Ancestry has records for Delania Hill in Pontiac, the daughter of Matthew Alexander Hill and Juliette Hill (born Slaughter) who was age 8 in the 1950 census. Given the rarity of Delania as a name and the coincidence of both location and mother's first name this looks like a good match. Where the name Walker comes from I do not know. Both parents died in the late 1990s but there were many siblings and some may still be living.
This does not take us much further but may help in locating a marriage and as a pointer to possible name variants.

Hello everyone, this is my first post on Websleuth, and I had never really looked into missing persons cases before today. I'm quite skeptical that I may have found Juliette within an hour of searching on NamUS, but I have to see what you all think. I started by looking for unidentified bodies near my area and came across a few. The one I decided to try and do a search and see if I can find a missing person, similar to a missing black woman who was found in Hudsonville, Michigan.
Hudsonville unidentified person

She was found on October 20th, 1967, in Hudsonville, Michigan. I know that if this is Juliette Walker, it would mean she was alive and had not been in contact with her family for four years. So, I searched and didn't find many hits at all, but what made me go immediately to Juliette was the fact that she went missing in Michigan, so I started there. When I saw her picture, I wasn't immediately convinced she could be Jane Doe based on the reconstruction photo.

But when I looked at the similarities listed in both files, I saw that they were both around the same height. Jane Doewas 5'8", and Juliette is listed between 5'5" and 5'7". They also both have brown eyes as well and the age would have fit as well. The weight was off though. Jane Doe was 100 pounds, and Juliette is listed between 140-160 pounds, but her weight could have easily changed in the four years between her being missing and her dying. What made me start questioning if this could be her was when i put both the reconstructed photo of jane doe and juliette into Chat GPT and asked it to analyze them to see if they could be the same person it listed the similar facial features and said while it couldnt say they were the same person it said there was enough similaritie between the two that it could be the same person. The key differences between the two photos are the hair and the expression.

The more I look at the photos, the more I think they could be the same person. Which is insane to think because if I could find it so easily, anyone else could have as well, including the police. I just need more people's eyes on this to give me your opinions. Below is a side-by-side of both photos.

Well, I guess we now know AI is useless. They do not look at all alike.
