I have read conflicts on the time, from as early as leaving his home from 5-6am, which Martin did regularly to as late as 8am. This is the first I have heard of him seen by a relative. Wonder if the relative said anything to Martin? How many miles was Martin known to walk routinely? Did he follow the same routine each morning?Mildly Interestingly, the Minneapolis Star reported him as leaving the house around 8am at the time:

And later seen by a relative at a location about 1.5 miles away.
@glamourkitty1922 mentions his headstone above although of course it may be a cenotaph. Social Security lists his death date as “June 1963”.
Was he possibly found? If so, the newspapers don’t seem to mention it.
