I assume there is not since he made so much mention of ' no body prosecutions'. :(
I also assume they have little hope of ever finding a body . :(

The rescheduling to 9 a.m. Jan. 9 and 10, 2014, was to give Phillips’ attorney time to prepare for the hearing in Mason County District Court, according to court officials. Defense attorney David M. Glancy could not immediately be reached for comment Tuesday, Oct. 15.

Phillips’ preliminary examination had been scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 16. A preliminary exam is a hearing at which a district judge hears evidence and decides whether a felony case is strong enough to send to trial in circuit court.

Just a tiny baby. And all because he didn't want to accept responsibility for her life. Now he can accept the responsibility for her death. So dayum sad!
