The family of Katrina Williams fears that she is dead. Detroit police don't believe she left voluntarily. Williams was last seen outside a home near Fieldcrest and Chalmers streets on Jan. 17, 2017. She left the home after getting into an argument and never returned.

Williams had a series of strokes before she disappeared. The strokes impacted her ability to walk and impacted her mental capacity. Her family said they don't believe she would have just walked away.

She looks like she could be about the same age as Katrina and the fact that Katrina has had a series of strokes may have impacted her memory.

Article from 2017
What happened to Katrina Williams of Detroit?
Family members of Katrina Williams - a mother and grandmother - say she would never just leave and not say a word.

From 2019
Detroit woman missing for more than a year after leaving home during argument
I wonder why this article says, Williams is in good physical and mental condition.
ETA: Several articles I found say this. It makes me wonder what the effects could be since she doesn't have her medication, and how much difficulty did she have walking after her strokes?

...Detroit police don't believe she left voluntarily...The family fears the worst. Even after her strokes, Williams would still regularly call her mother...

She’s been missing for seven and a half years.

The family has theories — like she could be the victim of an ex-boyfriend, or even a serial rapist in the area at the time of her disappearance. But so far, there have been no answers.

Detroit police say there is no new information since 2017.

FOX 2: "What would you say to Detroit police?"

"They need to do their job, do more, Get out there and search more help us," she said.
