MISSING: Family, police searching for missing Swartz Creek man

"Kevin Bacon, 25, was last seen just after 5 p.m. Christmas Eve. Family said Kevin was on his way to meet someone and never returned home.

Later Kevin’s parents found his car in a parking lot in Swartz Creek. They said the clothes he was wearing when he left were inside the car as well as his shoes, cell phone, credit cards and cash."

According to the article, the medical examiner believed the throat injury and genital mutilation occurred post-mortem, so at least there is that. The article also said that the killer hoisted Kevin’s body using a mechanical device, which explains how only one person could accomplish this.

I told DH that I probably won't be able follow this case through a trial because it is just too graphic I read here daily but haven't posted because many details of the crime are truly gruesome.
