I would think so. An infant can't get into a tub of water by itself.

I suppose it's possible that someone came into the house while mother was asleep and put the infant in the tub, but the baby surely didn't get into the tub on her own.

Wonder what kind of meds Mom is on. Just tragic, tiny new life now gone. Prayers for the family, really just heartbreaking to ponder on this MOO

Poor baby. If mom was so drunk she drowned her baby at 18 days old I'd wager mom was also drunk a lot while pregnant. :/
