Wondering if she was doing a drug deal and something bad happened.
Is Hippie Socks her business or something she was promoting? Cause that Instagram is definitely for pot. Is it legal in MI?

Her FB page sure makes it seem like she sells drugs (socks).

Oh dear, that's not good. Can you direct to a specific post?

Edited to add, would "socks" mean cocaine? Not up on the drug slang but that's what google seemed to indicate.

She's a hippie who has smoked pot, was going to the casino, left her child with her parents, was going to meet someone first (?), and she vanished.

Parents must have tried to report her missing and ran into problems so they asked a friend to report her missing in her home district?

Pot is legal in so many places that I don't think any conclusions can be drawn if someone uses pot.
Agree. I live in Colorado. We have more pot shops than Starbucks these days. BUT, if she sells it and it's not legal, yes, she potentially could have run into some danger. Even the legal shops here get robbed due to the impression that they have lots of cash on hand.

If you read this photo, you can see how hippie socks is getting around the law. Looks like FB removed their page.

Right, but street sellers are far and few between because people want clean pot and will pay a little extra to ensure that it is not full of pesticides. Even pot smokers care about their health. Pot user, sure. Pot seller, no.

OR, is she actually selling underground pot? That's the hustle?

That doesn't mean that pot has anything to do with her disappearance, unless she was trading in large amounts, but large amounts wouldn't be a hustle.

Or breeds dogs? I see no mention of anything to do with a job/career. Actually, very little about her kids either (she has 2 girls). Like I said upthread, this isn't likely to end well IMO.

Seems like a wealthy girl who grew up with a lot of freedom and decided to immerse herself fully in an, um, alternative lifestyle which may have led to foul play. Lots of interesting elements to this one but the most interesting thing to me is the picture of the wholesome white girl that I assume was pretty recent up against the girl covered in "street" tattoos. I have lots of friends who are involved in all sorts of underground ventures...she looks and speaks like a tourist in that scene to me.

The pans of what I assume are edibles made me think she was making them.

Well her Mom & Dad have a thriving business, maybe she sells the edibles at FM with her parent's bread & cheese?

She's 28 years old. Chances are she started with the tattoos at age 17 (if she could get away with it). I don't see anything in the tattoos or pot use yet.

That's possible. I know a pastry chef who tucks things into the pastry. Still, that doesn't sound like a reason to be missing.

She dropped her child off at 5:30PM with her parents so she could attend an event in Metro Detroit. She did not arrive at the event. Her phone has been turned off for days - not normal.

Who was she meeting on the way to the event? Who invited her to the event? Is there any info on her facebook pages about the event? If not, why not?

Sure, she could be gifting pot ;) at FMs. She also could have been gifting it before her event which is what worries me.

Gifting edibles, or not gifting, it's a business. She has a cake and the bad guys have the money. There's no profit in killing the pastry chef.

I don't see this as a drug thing, even if she uses pot and has a murdered boyfriend.

Actually, how did she meet her boyfriend? It sounds like in 2014 (age 23) she was living in Paris. What happened that she ended up at age 28 in Detroit with a murdered boyfriend whose body was found 5 days later.

When did she leave Paris? Was that 2017?

What is her history between leaving Paris (2014 or 2017?), meeting the boyfriend in Detroit (?), his murder (January 2019) and her disappearance (July 2019)?
