I don't follow many missing child cases any more as it becomes too sad and stressful. I live in metro Detroit and noticed that no one had posted about this missing boy yet, so I started the thread. I will follow throughout the day. I already have several questions and hope they'll eventually be answered.

Is Marcus in school? If so, school is still in session in Michigan, and it would seem that Marcus should have been in bed. Marcus' mother's boyfriend is quoted, but no comment from Marcus' dad. Is he in the boy's life? Hope we learn more, and I hope the child is found quickly and is alright.

Agreed. Even if he's taller than most 5-year-old boys, Marcus has a slight build.

I reread all the media reports that answered a couple of questions. Police have notified Marcus' school in case he shows up there. Also, Marcus was seen waving at neighbors on their Ring doorbell camera at 8:00PM last night. When did he return home that his mom saw him "upstairs playing" or "playing video games" between 9:00 and 9:40PM?

Updates on WDIV noon news: Showing doorbell video of boy. Marcus was seen with a man who is considered a POI in the disappearance. I will post Channel 4 video as soon as it's available. I saddens me to say this, but I've got a bad feeling

The Ring video is allegedly time-stamped around 8:00PM last night. I don't think anyone saw Marcus playing video games or playing in his room between 9:00 and 9:40PM. The man is described in the noon report on Channel 4 but that info hasn't been posted yet. The man had some type of scooter or skateboard that Marcus was looking at and might have sat on at some point.
