I'm thinking it might help to discount anything Savannah or Jennifer says about what happened that evening. Pretend we didn't hear about any of their statements re the timeline, and spend a while looking at the case that way. Neither of them are credible people, and their accounts are really confusing things.

But what does that leave us with?

Nevaeh left to go shopping with her mother at 3:45 or so and was reported missing at either 6:00, 6:30, 8:00, 8:15 or 8:20. (WHY can I not find a direct quote from LE saying when the 911 call was received???)

Nevaeh's mother has given no consistent, credible statements. Mother has uttered many strange statements about GK's relationship with her daughter.

Her mother's boyfriend was a RSO, who lived by a cement plant and worked with cement and had bloody items (not Nevaeh's blood) in his possession. He is unaccounted for by any credible person at any of the possible times of Nevaeh's kidnapping.

Nevaeh was found dead, buried in cement at a fishing spot by the Raisin River.

Is that it? I mean, is that all that LE has released?

The police say that mother reports that Neveah disappeared around 6:30... reports as in that is what she told us. But she doesn't notify the police until 8:20. I would relabel those two events since they are confusing. 6:30 JB allegedly becomes aware of disappearance. 8:20 authorities are notified of a missing child.

Obviously one of the two things didn't happen, but back to our confusion, which one?? What I can't understand is if she had first noticed Nevaeh missing at 6:30pm, why not call LE until almost 2 hrs. later? Of course, I can't imagine leaving a 5 y/o child unattended outside playing either. I still believe the timeline is way off, and agree her statements don't help figuring it out either. MOO

It's pretty obvious that in this case, the "timeline" is just going to be a picture of inconsistent statements, lies, fudges, bad reporting, guessitmates, and total bs. I still can't even find a link to a direct quote from LE saying what time the 911 call came in, even though I've found many conflicting reports about what time LE says it came in.

(Besides the problem of the not-so-credible "witnesses," there is the horrible problem of incompetent reporters. This is the third case in less than a month in which the reporters could not be bothered to fact check.)

from the presser yesterday, it sound like LE don't have GK in their sites, and I am confused by why, with all that been report since the discovery. it looks like it point to toward GK.

Looking at Steadfast's graph - Did Savannah ever mention JB calling or GK going to look for Nevaeh? I thought her story was that she was with GK all day, he left for a bit at 8:30 to drive someone home, and then he was picked up by someone at 10:30.

She claims "THEY" both were picked up at "HER" house by RLS:

From ALL I've read for the past 2 days (trying to catch up) GK got a call from JB & then he & S went searching for her..At some point during their search JB calls again to tell him LE wants to talk to him after learning he's a SO..They both (GK&S) then return to the motel to "clear his name"..LE is there waiting for him but S leaves MOST of this out in that video I just watched!

IIRC it was reported by GK/S/LE (?) that GK had brought some "friends" over to some correctional facility to visit another "friend" & then all returned to ?..What time I can't recall or it wasn't stated but S also failed to mention this!

So many things make NO sense at all..Everyone involved is telling a diff story or changing their prior one. Ugh!

Here's just a FEW things that have me at my wit's end:

Was the scooter found "propped" up at the corner of the building or found "laying" on the street? JB said both.

Why no word/explanation re: the other apt. building searched by LE by anyone?

Was GM home or working? How many xs did JB go looking for Nevaeh..There are 2 versions to both of these Q's.

I've followed many cases but none quite like this one..I'm sure LE is at their wit's end too!

I'd appreciate it if anyone has any links with quotations from witnesses, etc., giving info about times on the day Nevaeh disappeared -- especially links to what any "POI's" were up to that day and any more versions of the story given by JB. I've got tons of posts to go through (I started at the beginning), and it's already just hinkey and crazy. Notice the time between 3:45 and 6:00 is totally unaccounted for.

I have the same questions that have probably already been asked. How is it that he picked up a friend at 7:30 and came back at 8:00 but needed RS to give them a ride back to the motel and where does him getting a call from JB that Nevaeh was missing and helping to look for her fit into this? I thought JB called him and told him the police wanted to talk to him so he returned to the motel. Totally inconsistent stories. I heard that the person that gave him the alibi was polygraphed and passed. I don't see how.

No mention at all about a call from JB or going out to search for Nevaeh. Seems like that would have really stood out in her mind.

I find it very odd that she doesn't say right from the start that he couldn't have anything to do with it because she was with him all day, instead she says she doesn't think he's that kind of guy or that if he did do it she wishes she'd never met him. The reporter almost had to put the words in her mouth - "He was with me."

It is so frustrating. I am looking for a 911 call source and have found 4 or 5 legitimate sites and they all say she was last seen at 8:15 which is much closer to the supposed 911 call.
