Ok, I have looked at the videos showing the steep hill going straight down to the river and the reporters wondering how someone could lug a body and a 90 lb. bag of concrete down the embankment. Well, if I was going to have to transport the bag of concrete, I would just push it over the embankment and let it slide to the bottom. There appears from the video, no trees, or bushes between the road right of way and the bottom of the hill up to the river bank. Just a pathway, cleared from brush. The concrete bags are really tough and could easily stand the short slide from the roadside to the river bank. Regarding the body. As bad as this sounds, if the body was too heavy, you could also put it on the ground and push it with your foot down the hill. Believe me, the would not worry about "hurting" the little girl. To me, there isn't any mystery as to how the body and the bag of concrete made it down the hill. With a bad back, being only 5'3" I am always having to find alternate means to get something heavy to the place I want it to be. This is what I would have done to get both down this hill.

Those concrete bags tear open pretty easily. If I were the perp, I wouldn't risk rolling it town the hill. A sharp rock or stick could rip it open.

Chilly, I wish we knew where the poly info came from. Too many people lie to the press about passing poly's. And LE will frequently tell people they have passed to keep them cooperating.

IMO, there are too many descrepancies in their stories to indicate that they did pass.

Article states that Nevaeh was last seen on May 24th around 6:30 PM and was wearing blue jean shorts with no shoes or socks.

Thanks. Those times are all, as far as I know, taken from JB's account. Have there been reports of any witness actually seeing Nevaeh after 3:30 when she left the upstairs apartment?

K-Mart has surveillance cameras - where is the footage of Nevaeh and JB???? LE should provide that much to help jog people's memory - IF they have such footage. My bet is...they don't have it.

That may be, but the conspiracy is just getting way too large to be believable. I can't imagine even one person I could get to lie for me or help me to snatch and kill a child and dispose of the body. I can't accept that Kennedy found 4 or more, including the child's own mother.

I've been thinking, and even though I am local-ish, I can't remember what the weather was like in that part of the state when Nevaeh went missing. It just makes me wonder if there was any way that the cement could have been put at the river a couple days before she was killed. Would there have been any way that it could have been kept dry, until the perp was ready to use it?
If the cememnt could have been stored there for a couple days, then I would feel a lot more comfortable with the idea that there was only one person directly responsible for Nevaeh's death.

But what about now? It was JB who went to get her from the neighbors to go to the store,who admitted she allowed Nevaeh around the SO's and who went looking for her .Where is the person who actually has custody? If mom was unfit and grandma ended up with custody why was grandma letting all this happen?

If we assume that Nevaeh disappeared earlier than what was reported, we can go back as early as about 3:30 when the upstairs neighbor said she left his apartment. Whether or not Jennifer and Nevaeh actually went to KMart after that seems to be unproven at this point. We would also have to assume that no one saw Nevaeh after 3:30 and that the story of a child telling on her for riding in the street either happened earlier or not at all. That leaves the time from 3:30 to 7:15 for George to snatch Nevaeh, harm or kill her, and bury the body. Two witnesses who took polygraphs give him an alibi from 4 to 7. Apparently he also has an alibi (people he drove, getting gas, etc.) after 7.

In order for him to be the perp, George, Savannah, Savannah's mother (I'm assuming), and Jennifer would all have to be lying and be able to fool a lie detector test. I'm not buying it.

ITA, although I have not heard they went to kmart but that could easily be proven, someone had to have seen them there or they may possibly be on video tape.. and your right I dont believe all ofthem could fool a poly...Im wondering about the other perps in the area, Im doing a ped search right now!

It seems that the Grandmother was working and let Jennifer care for her while she was away. JB's brother and mother knew she was hanging out with a SO but did nothing about it.

I am 5'4" and about 150 lb and I can lift and carry a 50lb bag of dog food without too much trouble. I can even hoist it from the bottom of the cart up onto the shelf in the back of my SUV with a little umph. I am certain that a grown man can lift a 90lb bag of concrete and get down that embankment.

Grandma was at work on this particular day. She seems to be the one supporting the entire household. Nevaeh stayed with her mother while Grandma went to work.

Oh, and my son is about 90lbs and I can lift and carry him too. That is a bit more awkward since he is only about 6" shorter than me, but I can do it. If I piggy back him I bet I can even carry him down a small embankment. Luckily he walks just fine on his own. lol

I think he could too but it wouldn't be easy. The news people had to pull themselves up with a rope but they're probably not as physically fit as someone who labors for a living.

I would lean more toward GK and JB being the main parties responsible, with Savannah being more a naive girl who is lying but honestly believes her boyfriend is innocent and will be haunted by his past kind of a thing.

That comment is so strange, many of her comments have been strange to me though. I don't know how a mother can wish for it all to be over knowing what "over" means in this case. Was she thinking about all of the criticism that has been thrown her way, when she made that statement ? There is something very wrong with this woman.

It's my opinion that any male that has worked as a laborer would have no problems toting 90 lbs up or down or even sideways somewhere

If they do a job that requires manual labor they would definately have the strength to heave it up onto one shoulder and tote it just about anywhere. JMHO
