I going to go way out on a limb here and bet JB knows him.
Just a hunch.

ITA...is it even possible that this whole thing is a hoax? The group of them planned it?

OK. NG had a reporter on tonight for a bombshell.

Both mom and bf took polygraphs and failed them, per the reporter. They explain that they were too exhausted when the polys were taken as The reason they failed.

Neveah's grandmother (maternal) has custody of her. The uncle explained that they all thought mommy was going to jail for her "home invasion" conviction, so custody arrangements were handled. Mommy is on parole and living with a felon. Problem #1. Felon is a child rapist on parole. Problem #2. Child disappears under mommy's watch, right after neighbor alerted mommy that child was riding her scooter in the parking lot of the apartment complex. Problem #3. Scooter found, no Neveah. Problem #4.

Mommy and bf fluncked the polys. Solution #1.

2 young males who may have witnessed the abduction have been located and are being questioned. Solution #2.

Now, given the home life situation of Neveah, which is more probable than not:

1) A complete stranger baby-raper just so happened to steal the child of another baby-raper's GF? or
2) the baby raper BF showed his stripes?

I am 10 seconds from calling this one unless I hear more than fraud charges for an online scam.

momtective, I wouldn't too carried away with theories--take it one step at a time.

I logged into my yahoo instant messenger if anyone wants to chat about more nitty gritty--same user name.

momtective, I tried sending you an instant message but i don't think you're logged in.

Anything seems possible at this point.
I just hope that Nevaeh is safe somewhere and not afraid, and not in pain. :praying:

I think this is worth pursuing though because at worst it's an illegal scam that hides behind the face of this precious, innocent child, and at best we're uncovering something that will lead LE to find Nevaeh.

No doubt in my mind they're all involved somehow. But if the BF checks out and get's cleared, there seems to be a vast circle of SO's and no-gooders who somehow ended up A) living within very close quarters to each other (some in the motel and some nearby) and B) some of them seem to pal around together.

But if (and it's a big "if") GK wasn't directly involved, I think he knows who is. just my opinion

But I remember a case (cant think of the victim's name or the defendant right now, sorry) but he had been exonerated for murdering a woman and was set free through the Innocent Project. After he got out he ran a scrap yard and a young woman who was in advertising came up to his place to take a picture of a vehicle he was selling and wanting in her magazine. He raped and murdered her and put her in a metal barrel and set fire to the body. Only bone fragments were found, iirc.

So any bones in a fire pit would mean the body of whatever or whomever the bones belong to would have to be thrown directly into the fire.

Brings back very sad memories. I met Teresa in July of 2005, just a few months before she was murdered. I went out to Wisconsin for my son's wedding and Teresa was a close friend of my son's and his fiance's as well as the photographer at their wedding. I can still recall, like it was yesterday, my son calling me when she first disappeared. Both him and his wife were actively involved in the search. In addition my son works for a television news outlet in Green Bay and covered the story extensively. I often think of Teresa when I look over at their wedding pictures . . . another beautiful person that didn't deserve to die.

Ok, I'm at work but just got notification that James Easter posted bail and has been released. I know they state he is not POI, but just wanted to let everyone know.

I have no clue. Probably depends upon the terms of the probation.

I tend to think that ANY RSO who is on parole canNOT have access to a computer. One would think THAT would be a given.

All of that Natasha's friends (maybe not ALL of them but quite a few) seem to be involved in a circle of myspace gamers for games called "Bloodlines" and "Sorority Life"

The strange thing is that so were at least some of the people who posted comments on the original scam myspace page.

I know nothing about those games yet or the circles of folks involved in them, I just noticed the relation between the two myspace pages from looking at the one last night and this one just now.

Seems that might have been how the scammer rounded up so many friends on the page, so quickly.

I play Sorority Life. You need to build your house by adding more sisters, so it would not be odd is someone set up a dummy account for that purpose.

Sure this has been mentioned, but CNN just ran that that they are looking for a green minivan in possible connection with her disappearance.

Supposedly was near the location where she was last seen and cannot be identified.

Sorry but his picture on his myspace page............SCREAMS -- CREEEEEEEEEPY! IMO of course!

Remembering the letter that Jennifer had ripped up...I think it was to RSO (sorry, can't remember his name)...anyway I wonder if it made mention of "taking Nevaeh" as in part of a scam. Maybe they concocted this scam... *someone ( member of JB's RSO friends) snatch Nevaeh, hide her in a safe place, gather donated funds through myspace & paypal, then Nevaeh mysteriously shows up weeks later at a local grocery store or other public location.* Maybe the whole thing was planned! I dunno...I guess anything is possible at this point.

Scarlett, is there any way for you to find out what kind of vehicle Davis drives? DMV or maybe a drive by the residence?

PM or email me the address. I think it has been removed, if it was posted here.

ETA: If it is there I will take pics with my phone.

In every missing kid case, this theory is tossed out there. It was tossed out there alot during the search for Caylee. Sadly, it's never the case and the kids never show back up safely. This is just another instance of another scam artist taking advantage of a horrible situation. They come out of the woodwork during high profile cases.

I have been thinking about the timeline Mark Klass talked about on Nancy last night...
Jennifer ( I refuse to call her a mom) last seen Neveah at 6:30.
The little friend came and told Neveah was playing in the parking lot, Jennifer found her missing at 8:30.
She called 911 at 9:20

6:30-8:30!2 hours she had no idea where this 5 yr old child was My youngest is six and I cannot think of a time where all three of my children 12,10, n 6 were outside in our backyard for more than 30 minutes without me checking on them. Most of the time they are in and out. When it gets quiet you wonder what they are up to. Who would let a child 5 yrs old play alone for 2 hours in an apartment complex??!!
Even better who waits an hour to contact 911 when a 5 yr old is missing? jennifer said she went to check friends apartments to see if the child was there. I don't see how that would take an hour. I wonder how many people can say she stopped by there apartment looking for Neveah.
