That's why I said "I" am baffled Tunker...They said that then and they're saying it differently now. We all know how reliable the news can be sometimes.

I think LE is doing an excellent job by following up on all of these leads. He might not be the one, but he also might and they have to look into everything.

What would the likely hood be that reverse look up would show James P Easter at the house, and then a man with the same name end up in County Jail or how the news stated being questioned. I'm wondering if LE did not release that he was arrested becasue of the SO thing, and they may think most people would not use vinelink, I guess it's some what of a reason. What do you think?

I wonder if Easter is a Canadian SO. i couldn't find a site for them.

That's a big possibility. Unfortunately, I live here and we don't have an online registry. I guess when a SO moves into one our neighborhoods, the police notify us by mail or in person.

How archaic, huh?

Let me look here in Ontario on the OPP website...It's possible.

James Easter is being questioned right now at the Sheriff's office. They are saying now that he is not under "arrest"..

They took pornographic materials out of Easter's house. They found little girls clothes outside of the local UAW, someone took down the license plate of the car that dropped them there and it led them to Easter's residence.

Easter's girlfriend does live at the apt complex where Nevaeh lives.

James Easters friend down the street from him was also taken in for questioning as well.

Forgive me for stupidity, what is UAW???

They're saying he is 64 years old...UGH! On channel 4 WDIV (Easter)

LE tore apart his duplex and dug up his back yard and it's tarped.
They removed several boxes and bags of evidence.

LE is saying Easter "MAY" be connected to Nevaeh's disappearance.

Jennifer doesn't want to be on camera anymore because people are being too "judgemental"

LE is saying Smith and Kennedy could soon be 'cleared' in this case.

Are they good about notifing, In MI we can sign up for email alerts for any zip codes in MI. I have the county where I live and work, but I still have both of Monroe's zip codes signed up, since I have several great nieces and nephews living all over in Monroe. My middle niece and her two sons, 11, 8m live close enough to Nevaeh's apartment complex, you can see it from their back yard. It scares me to death, I have three boys 11, 7, 5 and I hardly let them go to the bathroom in public, the oldest is starting to object to the women's bathroom.

Well, to be totally honest, I have NEVER been notified that a SO is in my 'area'...I can pretty much guarantee that there are. So, what does that tell you??
My kids are both grown (thank God), but when they were younger, I have never received such info from LE. I know other people here that have been told, though.

OT That is so funny, it not really , that we can not trust anyone around our childern, but my 6 year old grandson and I went to Walmart and he had to go to the bathroom, He throw a fit when I took him to girl bathroom, there was no empty stall, he said I don't want to go to the girls there boys right next door,
I gave in and stood right at the doorway with men walking by looking at me , but I got feeling they understood, I kept yelling his name, asking he was ok.
if he was any longer than the 3 min I was going in.

According to neighbors of this guy on other boards,he's been burning for days.

There also saying channel 11 says that this guy is a so just hasn't registered YET,didn't say why.
