So the working theory on this thread is that there is a chance Neveah is somewhere with paternal grandmother who is suspected of doing something unsavory with the donations? And ongoing, there is someone who continues to troll for donations using Neveah's case??

HEllo I seen that 313 feels she got bashed for some info she shared. And well I know for a fact that the Paternal grandmother took about two thousand dollars and refuses to give it back. She went back to her apartment in pointplace toledo, and her son called her and asked her to give it back or he was going to turn her in. Well she said she would just use the money to bail herself out (SELFISH). Now you are asking how I know my info and doubting its true... But guess what, MY mother in law is the woman who took her home to the point, My mother in law was the one letting her take showers at her house cus they were sleeping on air mattresses at the clubhouse of charlotte arms. and my mother in law is the one who was collecting the money and giving it to her.
My mother in law was told by the FBI they issued a warrent for her. My mother in law was taken in for questioning because The woman told them she was giving her the money and it wasnt for nevaeh (LIE). My mother in law is a 70 year old woman who was taken advantage of by this woman. My mother in law staied up all hours making those yellow ribbons everyone had on and extended her heart out to the family to be used... THIS IS FACTUAL INFORMATION I KNOW!!!!!

Can someone explain to me why we cannot use names, it sure seems silly to try to go back and forth trying to keep track of who the initials belong to and their relationships to the victim.

We can't use full names because it's against TOS
first initial last name, or just first or last name should be ok.
I suppose the reason is to keep innocent people's names from being distributed on the internet. Maybe someone else can give you a clearer answer that makes more sense but I think I'm close in my reasoning. :crazy:

As you stated we can't use them because we agreed to that when we signed up <smile>. I would *assume* that owners of the website have that rule in place to minimize the number of people contacting them about slander and liable. They don't have to be correct that it is liable or slander to cost you a bunch of money defending yourself. The wrong myspace pages get posted, people get misidentified, neighbors info gets pulled through the posts etc....

The victim, the accused, and generally anyone who's name has been repeatedly published by legitimate news sources in relation to the case I believe we can use their names. I am lazy and the initials work just fine for me.

If the name has been published in mainstream media, it is fair game. The only time this is not true is when the name belongs to a minor....:blowkiss:

When I clicked on the video above to hear from Savannah I was amazed at what was at the end of the report. I can't get over the little boy that said he was with Nevaeh and she went in the woods to meet "Daddy G" and he stabbed her in the tummy????? Am I missing something? I know they said the blood on the knife was not Nevaeh's but this seems like too much of a coinsidence to me.

Mommy defends her decision to keep her RSO BF around her baby girl who calls him "Daddy George". She also defends her decision to hang out with other SO's. The Tonya person who once ran a daycare not only defends him, but pays his motel room because she has a crush on him? WTH?? And there is a 3rd women saying the blood soaked shirts are hers? And there is a knife with blood spatter on it?

Then Granny runs off with $2,000 in donation money which she will use to bail herself out if charged with the theft?

I am calling this one now. Daddy George flunked the poly and so did Mommy. Someone needs to beat them both in the head with telephone books until they talk and tell where Neveah's body is hidden.

Poor Neveah. She never had a chance. Baby-rapers, home invaders, thieving GM, invisible Dad and a mommy who thinks nothing of letting a 5 year old wander around alone in an apartment complex. On top of that an Unlce who knows what/who is in Mommy's house and does nothig about it.

Right. If my niece was in a home with a baby-raper, it would take me all of 3 seconds to start an avalanche of poop raining down on mommy and Daddy George and LE would be all over it like white on rice.

The little boy did say that, but it was a few days after she went missing. On that day that she went missing that same little boy said that he saw nothing. LE thinks that he was trying to provide the "right" answer based on what he heard his parents discussing about the case.

What's your take on Nevaeh's case?
I'm thinking with the search being called off that LE has something.
The letter is also of great interest to me...I'm wondering if maybe she traded Nevaeh to Kennedy or sold her or even concocted a scam of letting him take her so they could say she was kidnapped and collect donations.
I'm interested to hear your thoughts.

I've come across a few missing pics of Neveah w/ toll-free numbers posted that I haven't seen before - anyone can set up a toll-free number so I'd like to confirm that they're official numbers - thanks in advance!
