I'm getting an awful thought from this. Hate to even go there, but I'm wondering if Savannah was ok with Kennedy being a RSO because she leaned that way also? Before the Sandra Cantu case, I probably wouldn't have even entertained the thought.....
I have the same awful thought.

To hear that Nevaeh was encased in concrete really makes me physically ill. I really think there were at least 2 people involved in this. Did the female friend say why she was bleeding all over the room?

I believe you heard correctly jnTexas. The mother is in her apt with a friend while the gathering is at the grandmother's. At least that's what I heard too.

If this is Nevaeh and it turns out one of mom's sex offender boyfriends is the fiend who did this then Nevaeh's mother should be charged with child endangerment.

My anger is rising toward Nevaeh's mother. We know and despise sex offender's/murderers but your mother is suppose to protect you. Your mom is the one who is suppose to stand up to the monsters to keep you safe.

Nevaeh's mother invited the monsters in.

Marc Klaas said something tonight that surprised me. I had no idea that the sex offenders did networking on the Internet with each other. No clue.

Also, one of the lawyers brought up an excellent point: What if Nevaeh was the target all along and one of the sex offenders used the fact that mom was needy to get into her life. Just to get closer to Nevaeh.

I'm shaking, crying, and wanting to break something. No matter whose child it is this is so evil and wrong.

1st bolding - Sadly, this is SELDOM ever the case. G/friends, mothers are rarely held accountably when their children are the victim(s) of a predator THEY have allowed in their midst.

2nd bolding - THIS is true, consequently most Judges/Parole Boards set out special conditions that SO's have NO internet service ........ sadly these conditions are supposed to be monitored by the SO's probation/parole officer..... who, all too often, drop the ball ...... we blindly trust these agencies, including Child Protection, to ... DO. THEIR. JOB. I seldom feel comforted by this. :(

Sometimes some of them sale to the public.

I'm sure it will be easy for LE to find out, not that many people go into a plant for a single bag or 2 of cement.

One report I read said that she blamed it on her new tattoo.

Definitely after following that case, it seems anything is possible. I too would never have believed it. Nor would I have believed that a mother of a 5 y/o girl would think it was ok to be associating with a RSO. MOO

That thought occurred to me a little while ago, too, as much as I wish it hadn't.

I am so sad.

You have got to be kidding me! Yep, she sounds dumb enough to be involved with a loser like that.

Thanks, panthera. Why does it seem that there two or three or more versions of everything that occurred that day? Savannah's story was that they were at the motel all day and Kennedy didn't leave until 8:30pm when he drove someone home.

What is known about this Savannah person?

It's not a cement plant. It's a cement contractor. They would buy their concrete from a plant.

So the tattoo bled all by itself, or was scratched by something rough (like concrete) which caused it to bleed?

I really never heard of having a blood soaked piece of clothing from a tatoo? I know there is some blood, but WoW blood soaked. How big was her tatoo? I hope LE is investigating this?

Would someone alone be able to carry a block of cement of that size, or would you need more than one person?
Wow good question. Now LE will have to trace back for sure. Where and Who was MIA.

the concrete will be the smoking gun...

Please everyone take a deep breath. :blowkiss:

Very true a woman left her 18month old twins in a house with the stove burner (migh have been a candle) earlier this year in houston while she ran to the store. the house caught on fire and they both died. She got probation!!

They shouldn't be let out. Period. Any offense against a child. One Strike, You're Out!

I agree. It has been proven over & over, these people CANNOT be rehabilitated. Chemical and/or physical castration DOES NOT change what is in THESE people's brain ... they will NEVER change.

Life-time therapy and life-time monitored GPS is the best we can hope for @ this point, although, I would rather see them segregated from society ALTOGETHER, FOREVER !!!!

Here is Twall's last post from the other thread. (Could someone lock that please?):

I don't live far from where April's body was found and am still in the area. I am so glad the case was on AMW and it is being looked into again and hopefully will be solved so her family can have closure. As far as things like that happening around here, no, Ft. Wayne is a big city but still you don't hear of things happening like that there often at all-more of domestic or drug related shootings.

This is so heartbreaking. And that mother just gives me the creeps the way she acts-she didn't seem very upset that her daughter was missing, did she?
Haven't seen how she is reacting to the death and discovery yet. A mother is supposed to watch over and protect the innocent child. She definitely failed at that, even if she didn't have custody she was still in charge of her that day she went missing. I'm sure there is plenty more to this story we will hear about and not good, either.
This is so awful-my heart breaks for Neveah. At least she has been found and can be properly laid to rest unlike Haleigh.
Thanks to all you WS's for keeping the info posted.

I was wondering that too. Did you see the crime scene investigators trying to get down that hill -- it looked pretty steep to me. If that was the dumping ground, there's NO way someone alone could carry a cement encased body down that hill. It would have to be rolled, or the perp had help.

JMHO.

Mel

Makes you wonder if someone pushed the cement encased body down the hill and it stopped just short of the river and the person just left it there.

Sorry, OT for a minute...I don't know if anyone has heard of Paul Bernardo...he was one of Canada's most vicious serial killers. Some things in this case are reminding me so much of that monster, it's scary..

Of of his victims was found 'in a block of cement' by a water's edge, and was found by a man and his son on a fishing expedition!
Creepy.
